Specifically designed for use on all critical surfaces found in pharmacy compounding environments. Sterilized by gamma irradiation and Validated Sterile to a 10^-6 Sterility Assurance Level (SAL), these wipes are compatible with Class 5 environments and saturated with an optimal amount of 70% sterile isopropanol (isopropyl alcohol). The melt-blown microfiber polypropylene fabric offers a unique metered release of isopropyl alcohol (IPA), which removes contaminants and leaves a consistent level of solvent on the surface after wiping is completed. The guesswork and inconsistency involved in a spray and wipe process is removed from the procedure, making it possible to create a cleaning protocol that is consistent, repeatable, effective, and easier to implement, document, and validate. Additionally, PROSAT Sterile wipes enhance operational benefits and reduce inventory SKU’s and storage space.

Critical sites must be wiped with sterile 70% IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) in the primary engineering control to provide both chemical and mechanical actions to remove contaminants. The sterile 70% IPA must be allowed to dry before entering or puncturing stoppers/septums or breaking the necks of ampules. Contec Critical Site Sterile Wipes are 100% polyester 4 x 4" (10x 10cm) wipes that contain 70% USP Grade Isopropanol and 30% USP Grade purified water. The low linting, nonwoven cleanroom pharmacy wipes are suitable for primary engineering control zones, are USP compliant, and are exceptionally clean making them ideal for the most critical applications. Manufactured in Contec`s ISO 9001:2015 registered facility, these mini IPA wipes are Validated Sterile per the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) 11137 Guidelines to a 10^-6 Sterility Assurance Level (SAL). The EasyReach Cleaning Tool is designed to clean Primary Engineering Controls (PECs) such as Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS), Laminar Air Flow Systems (LAFS), Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC) and other mini environments. The USP compliant, disposable Contec MicroCinch Mop incorporates 100% synthetic microfiber that provides superior removal of gross soil and fine particulates. Reduces cross-contamination associated with relaundered mops, and is suitable for ISO Class 7 and 8 environments. Compatible with most common chemistries including quaternary/alcohol, peroxide, peracetic acid/hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammonium and bleach-based disinfectants. Contec Healthcare TB1-3300 One-Step Disinfectant Cleaner is a blend of quaternary ammonium and ethyl alcohol available in 32 oz. (0.95L) and 1 gallon (3.8L) containers. TB1-3300 Disinfectant is available sterile and nonsterile. It is a ready-to-use cleaner/disinfectant that generates low residue. Contec`s quaternary ammonium TB1-3300 Disinfectant has a 1-minute bactericidal, virucidal, tuberculocidal and fungicidal contact time.
