The pulleys described herein are those meeting standard specifications. They are by no means a limit to Continental`s abilities in the engineered class applications as custom pulleys are designed and fabricated to meet customers individual requirements whenever necessary.

Conveyor covers are used to protect transported material and conveyor belting, idlers and structure. They effectively improve personnel safety, reduce loss of material to wind and stop grime and rain from damaging the idlers and belt. At Continental Conveyor we take pride in the manufacturing of our conveyor covers. We focus on the entire conveyor cover solution by offering: specialized mounting brackets for special types of conveyor structure, extended sides to enclose the return belt run, and non-standard support band centres and hood profiles to accommodate horizontal and vertical curves. Our goal is to ensure that your material is protected and under cover.

Continental series 3000 belt conveyor idlers are for continuous operation, high capacities, and heavy, abrasive materials where lump size is limited by the width of the belt. Troughed belt idlers may be furnished with end rolls inclined at 20°, 35° or 45°, the latter two handling a volume of materials limited only by the construction of the belt.

Continental Apron Feeders consist of an endless series of overlapping pans, mounted on strands of chain, driven and tensioned by head and tail terminals, supported by intermediate rollers all mounted on a rugged structural frame. They are designed for feeding and conveying heavy, lumpy or abrasive materials under severe conditions. These conditions can range from receiving large sharp lumps falling distances that result in extreme impact loading to feeding or conveying very abrasive, hot or otherwise difficult materials that would damage other types of feeders
