Continental NH3 manufactures male ACME thread to female pipe threaded adapters in variety of sizes. Our male pipe thread adapters are available for female pipe thread sizes from 1/2" to 2". Length, gasket number, nylon dust cap and iron dust caps vary by thread adapters and female pipe thread size.

The A-215-L Globe Valve promotes maximum flow in a compact design. The 1-1/4 FPT Inlet x 1-3/4 Acme coupling enables the user to take full advantage of the increased flow capacity of 1-1/4" hoses while at the same time eliminating the flow restriction produced by a reducer bushing required by other valves.

Our NH3 (anhydrous ammonia) hydraulic actuators are in-line rotary actuators (Catalog No. R-6572). As a leading manufacturer of hydraulic actuators, Continental`s in-line hydraulic rotary actuator is designed to be mounted quickly and easily on any NH3 metering device. Using standard 1/4" ports for hydraulic hook-up makes this shutoff easily integrated with any tractors hydraulic system. The R-9500 uses a rotor actuated ball valve insuring along and maintenance free life. Available in 1" or 1-1/4" models.

R-9590 Hydraulic In-Line Rotary Actuator, also known as a hydraulic ball valve, is designed to be mounted quickly and easily in front on any NH3 metering device. Using standard 1/4" ports of hydraulic hook-upmakes this shutoff easily integrated with any tractor hydraulic system. The R-9590 uses a rotor actuated ball valve insuring a long and maintenance free life.

Our line of back check valves comprise of full port swing style and traditional disk style. Our swing style are “full Port”, which means the hole size inside the valve is the same size as the pipe thread. Nearly no restriction in the through hole and with the swing valve style seat assembly that swings out of the flow when in use you can rest assured you won’t be restricting flow when you need it. The internal mechanisms are stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion due to N-serve or other additives. Our traditional syle back check is a disk style check and is generally used for storage tank applications.

Our NH3 (anhydrous ammonia) A- 1000 needle valves are designed for use in flow metering application suchs as ammonia tanks to provide a shut off for the pressure gauge. Its purpose is to allow the operator to remove the gauge for repair or replacement without evacuating the container. Because the flow rates are so low, shutoff needle valves are not used in simple shutoff applications. The A-1000 needle valve is also used on applicators to shut off the supply of NH3 to one or more knives.
