Flow Rate Totalisers
Contrec - Analogue Input Rate Totaliser
The 202A Loop Powered Rate Totaliser is designed to operate with any flowmeter which produces a 4-20mA output, including differential pressure devices, magnetic or vortex flowmeters. The 202A is powered entirely from the 4-20mA current loop and has a maximum of 2.5 volts drop across the input.
Batch & Ratio Controllers
Contrec - Flowmeter Additive Injection Controller
The 515 AI01 application is designed to control the injection of additive chemicals with respect to a main flow. Tailored for volumetric frequency flowmeters it will operate with positive displacement dosing pumps controlling the dosing rate via either an output pulse or a 4-20mA signal.
Batch & Ratio Controllers- Blending Controller
Contrec - Frequency Input Blending Controller
The 515 CB01 application is a blending controller measuring the blending flow a in main and process line using frequency flow inputs. The blending controller can operate in PRESET, ON-OFF (manual) and RELEASE mode of operation. The latest mode allows for easier tuning of the control loop. The main and process flows are used to determine the net volume flow. The operator can view the ratio of totals as well as the ratio of flowrates. The control of the process flow is via a digital control valve. The flowrate deadband and control responsiveness can be adjusted to reduce wear on valves.
Contrec - Frequency Input Secure Blending Controller
The 515 CB02 application is a secure blending controller measuring the volume flow in a main and process line using frequency flow inputs. The main and process flows are used to determine the net volume flow. The operator can view the ratio of totals as well as the ratio of flowrates. The control of the process flow is via a digital control valve. The flowrate deadband and control responsiveness can be adjusted to reduce wear on valves. The instrument can be set to prompt for a valid ID-Tag before a delivery can commence. The valid ID-Tag also sets the pre-programmed target ratio % and is stored as a part of the logged transaction record.
Batch & Ratio Controllers- Batch Flow Control
Contrec - ATEX Batch Controller for Flow Control
The Model 214D Batch Controller is designed for flow applications where the precise control of batch quantities is required. Batch Total, Accumulated Total and Preset values can all be displayed on the large LCD display.
Contrec - Flow Batch Controller
The Model 114D Batch Controller is designed for flow applications where the precise control of batch quantities is required. Batch Total, Accumulated Total and Preset values can all be displayed on the large LCD display.
Batch & Ratio Controllers- Batch Ratio Control
Contrec - Batching Ratio Controller
The 515 BR01 application is a batching ratio controller for delivery of preset quantities at preset ratios using volumetric frequency inputs. Batch control can operate in preset or on-off modes, while flow control can be set to various loop control modes.
Contrec - Volumetric Batching Ratio Controller
The 515 BR02 application is a batching ratio controller for delivery of preset quantities at preset flowrates using a volumetric analog input. Batch control can operate in preset or on-off modes, while flow control can be set to local (manual) or PI loop mode.
Batch & Ratio Controllers- Frequency Input
Contrec - Frequency/Pulse Input Batch Controller
The Model 114D Batch Controller is designed for flow applications where the precise control of batch quantities is required. Batch Total, Accumulated Total and Preset values can all be displayed on the large LCD display. The 114D has an input conditioning circuit which will accept pulse or frequency flow signals generated by turbine, positive displacement, paddlewheel or other flowmeters.
Contrec - Pulse/Frequency Input ATEX Batch Controller
The Model 214D Batch Controller is designed for flow applications where the precise control of batch quantities is required. Batch Total, Accumulated Total and Preset values can all be displayed on the large LCD display.
