PHOENIX is a professional turn-key cable recycling machine with the substantial capacity to process *1,200-2,500 input lb/per hour with mixed cable, depending on size and yield. Process approximately 120,000 lb/per month with a one-shift operation. This estimate includes maintenance downtime for blade changing and lubrication. The cutting mill is equipped with a premium efficiency IE3 60 hp motor. Add up to double capacity with the addition of our "Direct" or "XD Upgrade" or "XD Plus Upgrade" modules.

The Copper Recovery CM50SA is a robust 60 horsepower cutting mill, or granulator, tailored for processing insulated copper and/or aluminum wire. CM50`s feature a forged alloy rotor with a heavy-duty and optimized design, ensuring durability and optimal performance. The mill operates on a scissor cutting action principle, with adjustable rotor knives for longevity. Additionally, it comes equipped with a jig for pre-setting re-sharpened knives outside the mill, facilitating hassle-free maintenance procedures.

While the CM50 is engineered to seamlessly integrate into the Phoenix platform, it is also available for purchase with options such as without a top or bottom hopper, or with a custom-designed hopper tailored to your specific application. This design flexibility enables the CM50 to adapt to various applications, and its compact design opens up unique opportunities for third-party integration.

Incline conveyor suited for the CM50 is also available in differenet configurations. Whether you need a special belt, special length, made from special materials such as stainless steel. We offer standard and custom conveyors to suit.

Phoenix utilizes a magnetic separator conveyor at the very last stage as a standard feature. This ensures product purity. The last thing you want is for all your work to be sabatoged by tramp ferrous material making its way into your final product!

Our DF18 dust filter is available as a stand alone dust collector for multiple applications.  Heavy duty material transport impeller and self-cleaning filter bags by way of integrated vibrator make this one tough filter!  Oversized aluminum alloy dust bin makes taking out the trash easier than ever before! Don`t settle for cheap dedusting solutions that use trash bags! 

All Phoenix plants include our GS94 Gravity Separator. This unique separator offers a flexible way to optimize production. With three adjustable diverter flaps, GS94 allows for up to four material output streams, enabling the simultaneous handling of comingled aluminum, copper and plastics. Its compact and efficient design, with minimal moving parts, ensures low maintenance.

SB15 Variable Speed Dosing Silo or "Storage Bin" offers the ability to absolutely maximize throughput of the CM50 Cutting Mill and increases separation efficiency.  Even and consistent feeding of the mill and separator is critical to maximizing output. This ultra heavy duty dosing silo features oversized helival bevel gearboxes, and top of the line compon-ents ensuring reliability and endurance.
