Corech Microwave’s Surface Mount Frequency Synthesizers (Frequency Source) operates from 0.1GHz to 22GHz, featured with low spurious, low phase noise and compact SMT dimension at 9x9x2.2mm or 15x12x3mm. This series of synthesizers use HTCC packaging process to ensure mechanical rigidity and hermeticity.

Corech Microwave’s RF medium/high Power Amplifier(PA) frequency ranges from 0.1 to 52 GHz, up to 100W high power output (CW or Pulse). Narrow-band & wide-band ready modules are available SMA, 2.92mm, 2.4mm, WR28, WR24 and PIN connector options are available.
