Water Treatment

Corodex - Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants

Corodex offers quality Reverse Osmosis plants designed and constructed to meet a wide range of needs for potable grade water. Five different families of RO units are available as standard models, with production capacity up to 20,000 m3/day. Depending on capacity, these plants can be supplied skid mounted or in containers ready for on-site deployment. Higher capacity plants are engineered to suit the clients’ special requirements and specifications.

Wastewater Treatment

EfloMBBR - Moving Bed Bio-Reactors (MBBR)

Corodex has done extensive research into Moving Bed Bio-Reactors (MBBR) to optimize the process. Essentially, the EFLOMBBR system is a biofilm process. Biofilm processes in general require less space than activated sludge systems because the biomass is more concentrated.

Odor Control Systems

EFLOAIR - Chemical Scrubber

Chemical scrubbers achieve odor removal by the mass transfer absorption via the contact of air stream with aqueous solution on random packing material in a scrubbing chamber. The liquid is typically water, adjusted to the proper pH to optimize absorption, with the addition of oxidizing agents which neutralize the pollutants.

Grey Water Recycling

CORODEX - Grey Water Recycling System

Domestic water usage continues to put higher demands on municipal supplies and bigger costs on consumers. In water stressed areas, recycled grey water can be a good source of water for toilet flushing, irrigation and wash water. Grey water is usually considered to be all the wastewater from residential bathroom sinks, showers, bathtubs and washing machines, excluding any water that has come into contact with feces. Ideally suited for newly built developments where dual drainage can be designed in an early stage, grey water can be collected and treated separately from the black water. The use of treated and recycled grey water within a development requires a separate and dedicated water network.

Sludge Treatment Systems

Corodex EFLO - Eflosludge-Dry System

Disposing of liquid sludge can often be a costly matter and not in line with public authorities' regulations; this is why a sludge dewatering system is a green and feasible option. By dehydrating the semi-solid byproduct, the weight and volume of the sludge are reduced, delivering major cost savings and solving logistic and environmental issues.
