Galvanic Anode
Corroco - Magnesium Anode
Magnesium anode is a common sacrificial anode material used in electrochemical cathodic protection engineering. This galvanic anode is connected to steel structures to prevent or slow down rusting. This magnesium sacrificial anode has high chemical activity, its electrode potential is rather negative, and the driving voltage is quite high. Besides, magnesium anode is difficult to form effective protective film on the magnesium surface. In water medium, the protective film is easy to dissolve, and the magnesium self-corrosion is quite strong. Our magnesium sacrificial anode includes pure magnesium, Mg-Mn series alloy and Mg-Al-Zn-Mn series alloy. Corroco can ensure the super electrochemical performance of magnesium anode. Corroco - Zinc Anode
Zinc anode is a kind of zinc component used to help galvanized steel and other objects. It is often used to prevent corrosion and help other materials corrode more slowly and last longer. The sacrificial zinc anode is also a part of a large system which gives objects corrosion resistant abilities. They are common among metallic marine applications, such as boats with metal hulls and metal crab pots. Saltwater is very corrosive and will quickly rust the metal, unless the galvanic coupling (voltaic couple) is formed with the sacrificial zinc anode, which can greatly increasing its useful life in the water.
Corroco - Pure Iron Anode
Pure iron anode is mostly used for the protection of copper alloys of heat exchanger, fresh water facility, desalination plant (evaporator, brine heater) and condenser. It is also used as a positive pole that has much less carbon than other general irons. This cast iron anode is especially useful in stress corrosion of copper alloys. CORROCO pure iron anode is developed based on over 10 years` production experience and sacrificial anode technology (used for marine and platform). For marine equipments, pure iron CP system is the most cost-effective solution to control corrosion. For packing, our company adopts wooden boxes, which are suitable for ocean transportation. This packing method can even avoid deformation.
Corroco - External Casing Anode
The magnesium anode is characterized by small density, big theory electric capacity, low potential negative polarization rate and large driving voltage for iron and steel (> 0.6 V). Magnesium sacrificial anode is suitable for the protection of metal components in soil and water, where the electrical resistivity is higher. Our magnesium anode is mainly used for anticorrosion of buried pipelines, onshore platforms, huge boilers and steel structures.

Corroco - Silicon Iron Anode
Corroco designed and produced solid or tubular silicon iron anodes for the effective cathodic protection for underground and underwater structures by the impressed current method. This high silicon cast iron anode (high silicon iron tubular anode) is manufactured from high silicon cast iron alloy, which is one of the most effective anode materials in various environments. It can be installed in deep ground bed, seawater or brackish water. CORROCO adopts the metal mould casting technology to produce high-quality alloys.
Corroco - MMO Anode
Mixed metal oxide anodes (MMO anodes) are anodes made by titanium coated with mixed metal oxide. It is a crystalline electrically-conductive coating that activates the titanium and enables it to function as an anode. MMO anodes have an extremely low consumption rate. They are widely used in soil, sea, mud, sewage and fresh water environments, etc. CORROCO International Industrial Co., Ltd provides high-performance mixed metal oxides (MMO anodes) for clients, which can be applied to electrosynthesis, chlorate and perchlorate production, electro-chlorination, electroplating, cathodic protection, sewage treatment of substrate, and so on.
Corroco - Graphite Anode
Graphite is a good conductor of electricity, which is low in cost and chemically resistant. Graphite anode is a conductive part of an electrical system or medium. It is commonly used in cathodic protection (CP) systems. This impressed current anode is also used to protect the structural integrity of buildings and metals, especially those that are underwater or underground. Within a CP system, the graphite anode is the part that outputs the protective current. They can be installed in dry soil conditions and water or wet environments.
Corroco - Model MMO/Ti - Flexible Anode
MMO/Ti flexible anode is the new generation of flexible anode with a long life. Mixed metal oxide titanium flexible anode integrates the advantages of large current of MMO anode and excellent conductive performance of copper conductor cable. Due to its large current and small grounding resistance, it can be buried in the place far away from the anode structure. MMO/Ti flexible anode is especially suitable for the cathodic protection of high resistance region or pipeline with damaged coating. Mixed metal oxide titanium flexible anode can also be used in the impressed current cathodic protection of large storage tank floors.
Corroco - Conductive Polymer Flexible Anode
Conductive polymer flexible anode uses a long line of successive secondary anode and conductive polymer as its basic material. This flexible anode can not only solve the problem of the old pipeline cathodic protection, but also settle some technology difficulties of some traditional cathodic protection, such as the interference from external structures, application problems in environments with high resistance rates, current distribution problems in tank bottom, and so on. Conductive polymer flexible anode has many advantages, such as current distribution, low energy consumption, long lifetime. This flexible anode has become a new important technology both at home and abroad.
