With the control unit all applications check themselves up simply and with a lot of feeling. It is easy  to run and everything is clearly arranged to leave nothing to the chance.

The additional lights can be mounted directly on the crawler, but also on the gearbox and on the packer, so it provides an opimal lightening. The camera holder will be mounted directly on the crawler and on the hopper-unit.

Molded parts or shortliners are cured safely thanks to the drive unit which also includes a doumentation of the operation with a videotext.

Patent Innovation: The Cosmic flexible deflector roll can be changed from the parking position into the deflecting position very easily.

Cosmic UV QS is 1,25 meter (4 ft) long and it is the fastest Sectional Liner System for the Main pipe. With a manual drawn applicator and a disposed GFK-Laminate, damaged spots like longitudinal cracks, sockets and displaced material in the Master pipe can be repaired. The working range is from DN150 to 600 mm diameter. UV light cured in a „flash“ – 10 minutes. The material will be impregnated in 35m rolls and delivered as Prepeg. Down to the diameter, the laminate length will be cut. So you need only one type of material for each diameter.

Cosmic gained a lot of experience in the sewer rehabilitation by the longtime development and installation during the last 15 years of TopHat hats and TopHat shortliner. Cosmic is furthermore very successful with the installation of wrinkle-free huts also on the first arch (bow). After a 6-year development, we succeeded to produce a special fiberglass liner, which is stretchable in all directions. This liner consists of ECR glass impregnated with a Polyester or vinyl ester resin. The technology joins consistently with TopHat-hat and TopHat-short liner.

Cosmic provides a complete system for non disruptive, punctual sewer rehabilitation or sewer renovation and robot technique. The operation area involves a Storm water sewer and drain, oil- and gaspipelines, chemical tubing, aerating pipes, etc. The system is able to inspect, analyse, document, mill, clean and repair damaged sewer pipes and laterals by using a patent glass fibre laminate, TopHats, short liner and liner. The GRP material is non-shrinking and self-supporting.
