The CoverCat 290-H has a unique 5 in 1 option to include Hot, Cold, Chemical, Wet Abrasive Blasting and Paint Spraying all from the same unit. The system is mounted on a heavy duty four wheel cart base unit with integral forklift pockets. The cart has a pull bar & steering wheels. A four leg Lifting Frame is installed with de-mountable lifting bar having two lift eyes with 20mm pin location. The air powered Pressure Pump has a 54: 1 ratio capacity providing up to 400 bar pressure. Delivery up to 10 litres per min is achievable. A range of hose and gun options allows various cleaning operations to be carried out.

Compact single component spraying.Single Component Pneumatic Airless Spray Unit mounted on 2 wheel cart unit. Standard unit is 73:1 ratio and powered by a CoverCat 290 Air Motor. Maximum fluid delivery 232cc/cycle 9.2ltr/min (2.5gpm) @40cycles. Single Gun or Multiple Gun application of Pre-mixed Coatings. The units are capable of spraying a wide range of materials of differing mix ratio’s and viscosities where these are pre-mixed and possibly with added solvents. Pump units have nitride hardened and hard chromed piston rods and sleeves for long life.

The CoverCat 302F ATEX is a available as a standard IP65 Industrial Electrical Specification unit or as an ATEX Zone 2 certified system Eex d 2C T3 (200C) IP64. The 302F is a small, basic, simple to use Plural Component Spray machine for Solvent Free Passive Fire Protection Epoxy Materials. This spray machine is suited to general applications, patch and repair spray with added use as a batch dispense unit for premix hand applications of Fireproofing Coatings mounted on a four wheel cart.

CoverCat produces the largest 450 series units for application of high volumes of PFP materials in the largest of fabrication facilities. The system uses 3 phase electrical power at 220V or 400/440V ( to be specified).Hose lengths to 60 metres plus remote mix manifold.  

Create a New pipe within the old cracked or leaking pipe without any major building reconstruction or renovation requirements. An innovative system for lining small diameter pipe in-situ within buildings and other sub surface work areas. Lining can be carried out in vertical and horizontal pipes and also in bends, tees and intersections upto 30metres (100feet) at each lining. The minimum pipe size is 40mm (1.5”) in straight pipe and 50mm (2”) with 90 degree bends. Two bends may be included in each lining.

The CoverCat series of In Situ Spray Lining Machines have been developed for internal coating and renovation of new and existing pipeline systems. The machine may be utilised on vertical and horizontal pipes and may also apply coatings to a pipe including a bend upto a radius of 2D and a 22.5degree curve. The CoverCat 302TP -500 lining machine is suited for coating of small diameter pipelines, 3” – 10” (75 – 250 mm).
