CPA Group is authorised distributors for Aircom, Gardner Denver Compressors and GD Bottarini industrial air compressors. These single stage oil-injected rotary screw units range from 3kw to 500kw and are extremely reliable, robust and efficient. A range of units from 10 kW to 250 kW is available as VARIABLE SPEED options in order to maximise energy savings where varying demands in air capacity cause conventional compressors to load and unload erratically. We employ system design engineers and pipe-fitter/welders in order to install compressed air distribution systems. These systems can be manufactured from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper or Specialist Plastics.

Air is dried and filtered to varying degrees of purity by means of Domnick Hunter, Zander, Hiross or Aircom industrial air dryers and filters. The delivered quality of compressed air is dependant on the type of dryer and specification of filtration in use. A range of energy efficient zero loss dryers is now available with pressure dewpoints of less than -70°C and can be regenerated by electricity or steam.

CPA can offer a range of products to meet the requirements of most cooling applications. We can supply energy efficient chillers or airblast radiators and even combinations of both where ambients are low during significant periods but are warm during others. We provide a comprehensive after sales service to the products supplied but significantly this service extends to refrigeration equipment not supplied by CPA. Replacement cooling systems and units for hire can also be obtained at short notice.
