CPI Prodysol - Model TGCD - Dielectric Insulation Flange Gasket Kit
Dielectric insulation flange gasket kits typically used in offshore installations, water environments, chemical installations, oil refinery pipelines, etc. CPI-TGCD dielectric kits are the most widely used way to control corrosion losses. They can be used to control electrical currents in oil, gas, water, refinery, and chemical plant pipelines, to increase the effectiveness of protection systems and limit or eliminate electrical corrosion.
CPI Prodysol - Monolithic Cathodic Gasket
CPI-CATJOINT monolithic cathodic protection insulating joints for superior protection are a monolithic insulating assembly designed to provide cathodic protection for pipelines transporting highly corrosive products. Monoblock insulating joints are required to electrically isolate a buried or submerged pipeline that is to be cathodically protected from another pipeline or metallic structure that is not to be protected. Their contact with the ground may place significant demands on the protection current, rendering the desired protection unfeasible or causing the current consumption to be so high that it is preferable to isolate both structures.
CPI Prodysol - Model RTJ - Boards Gaskets
RTJ gaskets are suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. They are designed to fit into flanges with specific grooves. The contact surfaces of the gasket, as well as the flange, must be carefully machined and finished. They are especially suitable for very high pressures, up to 1000 psi. The RTJ gasket material must be softer than the flange material to avoid damage to its surfaces. This product can be presented in 4 different profiles, although the most common are Octagonal and Oval.

CPI Prodysol - Model P3100 - Technical Packings and Graphite Rings
CPI-P Technical Packings and graphite rings cover a considerable number of applications, all of which have common factors such as handling pressurized fluids, high temperatures, and corrosive agents. Generally square in cross-section, they come in a wide variety of materials, depending on the application.
CPI Prodysol - Model TG1 - Graphite Rings
CPI-TG1 graphite rings are molded in a wide range of standard sizes. They can also be manufactured upon request and within short lead times. Typical densities range from 1.2 g/cc to 1.8 g/cc, with carbon contents ranging from 99% to 99.85%, providing corrosion and oxidation resistance.
CPI Prodysol - Graphite Seats or Pressure Seals
Graphite seats or pressure seals are produced in a compression mold using graphite paper without any other mixed components, thus achieving the required density. They contain a natural self-lubricant, are excellent thermal conductors, and do not age or crystallize. Graphite seats withstand temperatures up to 650°C. In an inert atmosphere, their temperature range is -240°C to +2500°C.

CPI Prodysol - PTFE Tubing
The properties of thin-walled PTFE tubing make it one of the most versatile and multi-purpose tubing on the market. PTFE tubing can be opaque or translucent. Color options are available to suit specific needs. PTFE TUBE is suitable for food contact, in accordance with FDA CFR 21.177.1550.
CPI Prodysol - Braided PTFE Hose
The stainless steel cover is the main pressure-bearing part of the PTFE hose. Customers can choose a single- or multi-layer cover according to different pressures and application requirements. Diameters can be customized according to customer technical requirements.
