The ControlBox: the key component in the DYNTEST System. Over the course of time, diesel-particulate filters become clogged, and high levels of back-pressure build up. To prevent damage to the filter, and to the vehicle engine, effective countermeasures must be taken fast. This is precisely what the ControlBox does. It measures, logs and monitors back-pressure, exhaust-gas temperature, engine revs - and 4 other important parameters as well. If desired, actual pressure and temperature values can be shown on the display. The pressure and temperature are continuously written to memory. When an alarm is generated, it remains activated until the relevant values return to normal levels. The audible alarm is switched off when the alarm is acknowledged.

The Bahnlogger fulfills the needs and requirements of the rail vehicle industry as a reliable, innovative and high-performance product. In these cases of need, it is primarily about compensating for varying load spectra by the different rail vehicles. In the range of application of the rail transport, the loads due to acceleration, pressures, forces, strong vibration and acoustic noise to consider, which the Bahnlogger completely fulfills and ensures. Plug connections and module casing are designed and tested for these conditions.

The RemCo II module encrypts the data from the DYNTEST ControlBox and transfers it via Bluetooth to the smartphone. Once the smartphone has access to the internet, DYN@pp^® sends the data automatically to a server. The data can be accessed on a web portal by authorized users. This way, the data can be available for analysis while the machine is still in the field, without internet connection, for example working underground. This enables early discovery and predictivediagnosis of possible abnormalities and problems. Additionally, to the data download RemCo II^® allows remote access to the ControlBox and also to the Rem-Co II - module itself.

The DYNTEST-Module CatFire^® is an active regeneration system for DOC-type diesel particle filters in conjunction with the highly reliable DYNTEST bus system. There`s no escaping active regeneration systems if the temperature of the exhaust gases a vehicle produces are not sufficiently high - as is often the case with buses, waste-collection trucks and forklifts trucks. Unfortunately, conventional flame burners have a very high energy requirement, which means they can only provide regeneration when the engine is idling - and not under full load. The DYNTEST-Module CatFire^®  was designed to function under all types of operating conditions. And as an intelligent system, it permits diesel post-injection for coated filters and additive systems, independent of the engine-management system.

The DYNTEST-Module LiquiCat®, which is an add-on module that works together with the ControlBox (ECU) provides perfect control of the regeneration process. Once fitted, its sensors are integrated in your tried and tested DYNTEST bus system, and it will control the dosing of the additives. If a critical value is reached, the LiquiCat® will trigger audible and visible alarm signals. The dosing module is easy to program, and can be set to meet a wide range of operating requirements.

By shutting down the engine in idle mode, fuel is saved and the environment is protected. The installation of DYNTEST IdleControl ensures that the engines are switched off automatically in areas where they are not permitted to run in idle mode for an extended period of time. This becomes more and more obligatory due to regulations or laws. Fuel consumption and harmful exhaust gases are reduced significantly DYNTEST IdleControl works independently of the combustion process and can thus be installed in both diesel and gas engines. Additionally to the shutdown function the system records the operating data and the shutdown events. The data can -as known from the DYNTEST Control-Box- be read out and analyzed via PC using the CPK terminal software. The preset parameters for the shutdown function can also be modified.
