Water circulating in the cooling systems must be conditioned to protect the system, and to ensure an efficient operation. CQM’s SRCT Cooling Tower Water Treatment System, employs the latest technologies. Our system provides a cost effective, environmentally friendly solution that answers all of the needs for cooling towers water treatment, while saving water and energy, and reducing chemical costs.

Natural draft cooling towers, also commonly called hyperbolic or hyperboloid towers are commonly used in industrial facilities where the total heat extraction rate is at the level of several hundred MW.

SRCC cleans the water in closed loop water systems at the hotels, hospitals and large buildings by eliminating the anaerobic bacteria that promote corrosion, and biofilms with the disinfectants generated by the electrolytic process. A media filter removes all sludge, corrosion and enables the water to become clean of sludge and debris and transparent in a matter of months, without the use of any chemicals.

The electro-chlorination method is used as an alternative to the dosing of chlorine gas, and offers many security and logistical benefits. It eliminates the trouble and risks inherent to the procurement, transportation, handling and storage of chlorine gas or sodium hypochlorite.

Cooling water systems using seawater, are prone to fouling from bacteria, slimes, algae and the like creating biofilm, as well as oysters, mussels, clams, and barnacles.

CQM’s  Automated Tube Cleaning System  (ATCS) prevents the formation of scaling and biological fouling in the tubes of the HVAC condensers, ensuring an optimal heat transfer and the highest efficiency of the cooling system.

CQM provides custom solutions to the most challenging inline tube cleaning system for industrial processes requiring cooling of water, and non water liquids for explosive and non explosive atmospheres (ATEX directives), for the most extreme conditions.
