Our fifty years producing complex machined fabrications allows us to be far down the manufacturing learning curve. Our engineering staff will analyze your component for manufacturability to be sure we are providing the most cost effective finished part.

Within our 40,000 square-foot facility dedicated to sheet metal fabrication, we offer a range of capabilities including: Burning, forming, fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and exotic materials. CNC, Oxy-fuel and Plasma cutting machines able to handle materials up to 12 inches thick, 10 fee wide and 45 feet long. Shears and bending equipment for materials up to10 feet wide and one inch thick. Small and large cranes with up to 40-ton overhead lift capacity.

Because we provide complete manufacturing services, from engineering through final finishing, Craft Machine Works is an invaluable asset for its customers. Our large assembly shop houses a 40-ton overhead crane and mobile lifts to handle heavy components, and provides hydrostatic testing, load testing and operational testing for all pneumatic, hydraulic and electrically powered assemblies. As you can see from the included pictures, Craft can handle the largest fabrication projects.

With a dedicated, fully enclosed blast and paint facility, we tailor finishing to your needs and specifications with options of epoxy, urethane, alkyd enamels, coal tars and custom finishes. Our technicians perform blasting in accordance with Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) regulations, utilizing various blast media depending on the substrate material and specific customer requirements.
