Cram-A-Lot - Self-Contained Compactors

Since 1978 the Cram-A-Lot brand has been synonymous with reliability and durability. This reputation has been built largely on the outstanding performance of our self-contained compactors. Our legendary SC Series compactors have been designed for maximum reliability and durability. We know that every time the keyswitch is turned, you need your compactor to start and run trouble free. By integrating simplicity and quality into our machines, we ensure the reliability that you expect and deserve. We optimize our compactor construction for durability by putting the right type of steel and the right amount of steel, in the places that need it most. This attention to robust design ensures that your compactor will be built to last for years to come.

Cram-A-Lot - Pre-Crushers Compactors

Designed specifically for processing bulky waste, the Cram-A-Lot Pre-Crusher Compactor smashes materials in advance of compacting them into the container. This effectively reduces waste volume and increases load weights. Pre-Crushers are designed to efficiently reduce the trash volume before it is compacted into a trash container. They are ideally suited for crushing drums, pallets, furniture, or white goods, or for destroying merchandise to prevent scavenging or reuse. We offer the most complete Pre-Crusher compactor range in the industry, from 3 cubic yards up to 7 cubic yards.

Cram-A-Lot - Containers

When you’re buying a quality compactor, it only makes sense to purchase a quality container to go with it. Cram-A-Lot containers are built to a higher specification and workmanship standard than other containers on the market. We don’t build front load cans or open top containers, we specialize in containers that can withstand the force that a Cram-A-Lot compactor generates. This means our containers are stout, and built to last.

Equipment - Stationary Compactors

Cram-A-Lot - Small Compactors

Cram-A-Lot small stationary compactors (2 to 4 cubic yard capacities) are designed for low to moderate volume waste generators. They are perfect for applications such as retail stores, distribution centers, warehouses, shopping malls, and other businesses that generate low to moderate volumes of dry waste, and would like to enjoy the benefits of compaction of their waste stream. These machines can also be used to isolate and compact recyclable materials such as cardboard and plastic where a baler is not suitable or practical.

Cram-A-Lot - Large Stationary Compactors

Cram-A-Lot large stationary compactors are designed for reliable performance in heavy industrial duty applications. This class of compactor is offered in sizes of 5 cubic yards for heavy industrial or manufacturing use, up to 12 cubic yards for transfer stations. Our products are designed to require minimal maintenance and repair to limit the disruption to your operations. Our innovative Power Source hydraulic circuit design reduces the number of components, hoses, and fittings used in the hydraulic power unit. By integrating this type of simplicity and quality into our machines, we ensure the reliability that you expect and deserve. We optimize our compactor construction for durability by putting the right steel, in the right amounts, in the places that need it most. This attention to robust design ensures that your compactor will be built to last for years to come.

Equipment - Front Load Compactors

Cram-A-Lot - Model VCH Series - Vertical Compactors

The Cram-A-Lot VCH Series of vertical compactors are ideal for lower volume waste generators that only require front load service. The unique twin cylinder downstroke design offers superior compaction performance and feed access when compared to sweeping blade designs. The VCH Series compactors work great for small retail locations that desire a chute feed "through the wall" configuration.

Equipment - Vertical Balers

Cram-A-Lot - Model VB - Vertical Cardboard Baler

In 1978 we manufactured our very first product, a vertical cardboard baler. It was called the Cram-A-Lot DB-60, and since that time we have sold tens of thousands of vertical balers. In 2004, we revolutionized the industry with the Cram-A-Lot VB-60 – the safest, most reliable, and most user friendly vertical baler on the market today.

Cram-A-Lot - Model DX - Vertical Cardboard Baler

In 1978 we manufactured our very first product, a vertical cardboard baler. It was called the Cram-A-Lot DB-60, and since that time we have sold well over 20,000 vertical balers, becoming one of the market leaders in the process.   Our DX Series models are each designed for special applications. The DX-42-C is optimized for the baling of cloth and textiles. The DX-60-8 model features an 8" cylinder and is ideal where high density performance is desired baling boxes, aluminum cans, plastic bottles, or shrink film. The DX-84`s extra large feed opening is designed for bulky materials such as appliance boxes, gaylord boxes, or pallet slip sheets. What these unique machines all have in common is that they still share the same DNA and design principles as that first CRAM-A-LOT DB-60 sold in 1978.

Cram-A-Lot - Model DP - Vertical Baler

The CRAM-A-LOT® “DP" baler is designed for baling light volumes of P.E.T. and H.D.P.E. containers, aluminum cans, and computer paper. Available in three model sizes, the baler produces a bale weight ranging from 50 – 180 lbs which provides easy handling for stacking on pallets.

Equipment - Horizontal Balers

Cram-A-Lot - Model HH & HX Series - Horizontal Baler

The CRAM-A-LOT HX-60 HH & HX Series Balers is ideal for warehouses and designed for ease of installation, operation and maintenance. The CRAM-A-LOT® HH & HX Series Balers is built with extra heavy duty construction and is ideal for warehouses and recyclers who deal with large quantities of corrugated and paper products. This machine is designed for long hours of operation and can operate either manually or automatically with photocell control. Optional custom engineered feed conveyors and cart dumper systems efficiently control baler feed rates for optimum performance in a complete baling system.
