Creative Materials - Extremely Conductive Elastomeric Ink

127-07 is an ink/coating with high electrical conductivity for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. The product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other substrates. The superior conductivity of this product allows the end user to print narrower and/or longer circuit trace lines or thinner coatings without compromising overall maximum ohm values. The proper use of this feature can result in a significant cost saving or enhanced performance. This product is more flexible and elastomeric than traditional conductive inks. Some applications for 127-07 include, but are not limited to, RFID antennae, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and membrane switches and it has shown to have conductivity at up to 200% elongation.

Creative Materials - Extremely Conductive Ink

112-15A is an ink/coating with extremely high electrical conductivity for application by screenprinting, dipping and syringe dispensing. The product features excellent adhesion to Kaptonâ, Mylarâ, glass and a variety of other substrates. The superior conductivity of this product allows the end user to print narrower and/or longer circuit trace lines without compromising overall maximum ohm values. The proper use of this feature can result in a significant cost saving. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to abrasion, scratching, flexing and creasing. Some applications for 112–15A include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches and coatings for tantalum capacitors. 112-15A is a lower viscosity version of 112-15.

Creative Materials - Electrically Conductive Ink

125-10 electrically conductive ink and coating suitable for application by screen printing and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 125-10 include, but are not limited to, EMI/RFI shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches, electrical attachments for surface mounted devices, and anode coatings for tantalum capacitors. For some applications, 125-10 can be used as a lower cost alternative to some of our standard conductive inks.
