The Crest DMS offers an expandable, versatile modular design that allows changes in wet process and design protocols — with or without automation. The cost-effective Solvac S1 provides automated solvent washing, rinsing, cooling, and drying all in a single compact unit. The S1 offers premium standard features at a budget-friendly cost.

The Solvac S2 offers the Solvac line’s most premium features: Reduced operator labor, cycle times, and overall running costs, with automatic low-line transfer, using an internal lifter that keeps the lid closed and sealed throughout the process. And highly efficient component drying with maximum solvent distillation, with twin refrigeration units (dedicated primary and secondary cooling) to ensure that vapor heat load does not affect freeboard cooling.

The Solvac Series S3 safely employs most of today’s non-flammable and EPA approved solvents. This open top ultrasonic vapor degreaser contains dual solvent immersion tanks with patented Crest 40, 58, 132 or 192kHz ultrasonics. The Solvac Series S4 safely employs all of today’s low-flashpoint solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and cyclohexane. The Solvac Series S4 series is a high throughput capacity solution to low-flashpoint solvent precision cleaning applications. A typical process includes immersion in the latest ultrasonic technology with ceramically enhanced transducers that produce unrivaled cleaning with low-flashpoint solvents. It is ideal for removing residues like films, fingerprints, greases, mold releases, oils, etc. Applications can be found in most industrial facilities.

The AL-1010 is an economical solution for low-flashpoint ultrasonic solvent cleaning applications. The Crest Ultrasonics AL-1010 is designed to safely employ cyclohexane, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and other low-flashpoint solvents. It has a small footprint to save floor space, and is ideal for removing organic residues such as organic films, fingerprints, grease, mold release, oils, etc.

The Solvac Series S5 employs SCAQMD clean air certified Methyl Soyate^* and 3M^TM Novec 7200 engineered fluid. The patent-pending Solvac Series S5 is designed for ultrasonic precision cleaning — especially where VOCs are not allowed. No permitting required for usage anywhere in the U.S., including California.

The SA Series handles either flammable or non-flammable solvents, and meets strict requirements for solvent emissions.

Chem-Crest 235 is a multipurpose, mild, phosphate- and caustic-free alkaline liquid cleaner. It is useful in many applications demanding removal of various contaminants such as oils, greases, particulate matter, and carbon residues. this detergent was specially developed for the cleaning of off-engine, firearms, and bicycle parts, though it finds many other uses throughout industrial, mechanical, and maintenance cleaning operations. Chem-Crest 235 is freely water soluble.
