A quick and simple system for effective de-polluting of End of Life Vehicles(ELV). The Vehicle De-pollution Unit (VDU) provides a packaged solution for removing all the required fluids from an ELV and pumping them to a fluid storage facility. The unit integrates a 3T scissor lift to access the underside of the vehicle, although it can be used with a static frame.

The midi unit is ideal for either the smaller operator 20-60 cars per week or the car breaker where the depollution unit needs to serve two work stations. The Crow Midi system is specificially designed for breakers or scrap companies who are looking for maximum flexibility from their depollution system. Based on Crows VDU technology the midi unit has the advantage it can be used between two lifts or frames allowing the oils, waters and fuels to be drained and pumped directly to remote storage tanks.

Our low volume user system utalises mobile kulis to extract the oil, Hydraulic oil and water based fluids, with the option of either a wall mounted pumping panel or mobile kulis to extract the Petrol or Diesel. The standard size Kuli is 80L but alternative sizes are available.
Simply attach an air line and the integral venturi will create a vacuum in each of the kulis to suck the fluids away. Our mobile petrol unit uses an air operated diaphragm pump to create the suction avoiding large volumes of petrol vapour being created causing a explosive harzard.

For clients only concerned with safely and effectively removing of Fuels from the vehicle we offer our fuel extraction tool and fuel pumping panel. The Crow Environmental Fuel extraction tool punctures the tank from under the vehicle. The simple to use unit is pumped up by the hydraulic stand to seal against the underside of the fuel tank. The spike is pushed through the tank wall by the pneumatic drive. Fuel is extracted without fluid or vapour being released to atmosphere. The site glass allows the operator to identify the quality of the fuel before deciding whether to send it to the dispensing or dirty fuel tanks.

The SADS provides a quick, simple and safe system for draining shock absorbers. The unit integrates a hydraulic tool which punctures the shock absorbers and drains the majority of the fluid. The tool is then removed and the residual fluid extracted through the punctured hole with the wandering suction hose. The hydraulic tool incorporates a seal to minimise fluid leakage during the puncting operation. In the stand alone format the system is mounted with a mobile suction tank to evacuate and hold the fluid. The whole operation takes less than a minute The system is air powered and requires 10 cfm of air at 7 bar.

Our simplest unit can be used to individually deploy any airbag or seatbelt pre tension unit, however add our plug package and all the safety systems can be simultaneously deployed using one simple connection to the vehicles deployment unit. Don`t be fooled by others claims, individually connecting to each device is a pains taking process!

The Crow Environmental CAT shear provides a cost effective and safe way to remove CAT`s from ELV`s. The unit is simple and safe to use under the vehicle even while fuel is being extracted. The guillotine motion requires only a simple toughend blade, with no additional moving parts to wear during the cutting process. The benefit is vastly reduced maintenance cost compared with the more traditional rescue snipper tools. At 10Kg the cutting head is light enough to be man handled by one operative whilst being extremely robust. The design requires two handed operation to ensure the operatives safety. The unit runs off a normal workshop air supply.

Our oil filter unit exerts over 12T of crushing force on to the filter to squeeze out every last drop. Simply place the filter in the cabinet, press the button and let the unit do the rest. Requires an electrical power supply.
