All of our Vortex Flow Controls are individually designed to meet our client’s optimal performance criteria. Vortex Flow Controls have no moving parts to wear or fail. Our units are manufactured from stainless steel plate they will resist scour, degradation and chemical attack. A Vortex Flow Control should easily outlast the sewer in which it is installed. Removable access plate on each unit, most units easily removed for access to the downstream pipe.

The Orifice Plate Flow Control unit is a surface water regulator.   It is entirely self-activating and requires no manual intervention.

The Orifice Plate with a Bypass Door is a Surface Water Regulator. It is entirely self-activating and requires no manual intervention.

The Vortex Flow Control is a surface water regulator.  It is installed in a control chamber, mounted over the Weir Wall’s preformed hole (Hole Diameter is advised on the units quotation). A sump is required below the outlet pipe with the depth advised on quotations – this depth should be sufficient to house the unit intake and allow drilling and fixing of the unit
