Crushproof®’s MODOR (Multipurpose Overhead Drop Or Reel) series hose combines the best of both worlds for overhead drop systems or reel applications. The first 20’ is a lightweight, reinforced hose and the last 5’ is our 100% rubber hose with an included adapter. This design lets our rubber blend take the brunt of the heat and prevents damage in the most commonly run-over section of an overhead hose. Stock sizes are 4”, 5”, and 6” ID x 25’ length, and Custom ID’s and lengths are also available. MODOR hoses are rated to 570⁰ F when used with a fan assisted system.

The LS643 is an out-of-the-box solution for your basic overhead system needs. It works on all gas vehicles because you can change out the stock RA300 adapter (included) for any of our other 3" threading adapters or for a Y assembly in dual exhaust applications. It comes fully assembled and installs in minutes to a 5" duct. Use a quality reducer adapter if you have a different size.

Do you already have a complete shop outfitted with wire reinforced hose? Are you having trouble finding the proper tailpipe adapters or “Y” kits to fit your existing hose? The Crushproof Wire Hose Adapter (WHA) series will solve all your issues. Each WHA adapter has two feet of crushproof hose with a slightly tapered cuff that will clamp onto your existing hose.

Crushproof supports today’s ever changing and wide variety of tailpipe configurations better than anyone. Our full suite of adapters and Y setups allows you to service vehicles with wide pipes, dual exhaust, and everything in-between. Below you will find our standard Y and dealship kits that offer a discount off the component prices, but you can always create your own by getting a Y adapter and cutting an extra hose in half.
