Cryofab - Model CFHT Series - Liquid Helium Transfer Hose/Line

An efficient liquid transfer line is essential when using super-cooled gases that evaporate at a low temperature. To meet these operating requirements, Cryofab helium transfer hose are carefully fabricated using all-welded stainless steel construction and super-insulated to provide the optimum in thermal performance. The inner configuration of all assemblies, whether it be rigid tube or flexible, is stainless steel of minimum wall thickness to reduce cool-down losses and heat leak.

Cryofab - Model CMSH Series - Portable Liquid Helium Dewars

Designed for minimum-loss storage, transportation, and dispensing of liquid helium. Our state-of-the-art vapor-cooled multishield technology with superinsulation ensures the lowest guaranteed loss rates*. The advanced insulation system results in quicker, more efficient cool-down without nitrogen pre-cooling. Since there’s no LN2 or helium gas circulation shielding, the CMSH is virtually maintenance-free. It’s a lighter, more compact, and convenient replacement to traditional 4-walled helium containers.

Cryofab - Model CSM/CVSM Series - Superconducting Magnet Dewars

The superconducting magnet dewars product line was designed specifically to facilitate superconducting magnet research. The same advanced engineering apparent in Cryofab’s other product lines is applied in the design and construction of the magnet dewars. Our superconducting magnet dewars are fabricated entirely of stainless steel and will accommodate coils of all generally available magnets. Most of Cryofab’s superconducting magnet dewars are based on a design-your-own approach. Versatility in fabrication and design enables Cryofab to cut engineering cost regardless of dimensions, capacity and shielding process requested. This translates into savings of time and money for our customers.

Cryogenic Container

Cryofab - Model CL/CLPB Series - Liquid Nitrogen Dewars/Tanks

CL and CLPB liquid nitrogen dewars are portable, safe, and convenient storage. These tanks also work well for liquid argon or liquid oxygen. The CL Series dewars/tanks are not pressurized. The CLPB series are self-pressurizing.

Cryofab - Model CFN Series - Low Pressure Storage Container

The absolute back-to-basics low-pressure storage without bells and whistles. This product line is a throwback to the days of simple fabrication and uncomplicated operation. The design criteria for this product line is to supply a robust container for the transportation and atmospheric storage of liquefied gases in smaller capacities. This low-pressure dewar features a narrow neck opening which helps to keep the loss rates to a minimum. This container is not meant for long hold time storage but as an alternative to liquid supply in a lab or plant operation. Equipped with a discharge device and casters, liquid cryogens can be available on demand.

Cryogenic Transfer Hoses/Lines

Cryofab - Model CFUL Series - Uninsulated Stainless Steel Flexible Transfer Lines

Cryofab offers the ultimate in uninsulated cryogenic hoses for the transfer of any cryogenic liquid or gas. Our cryogenic hoses are used for liquid cylinder filling, mini-bulk trans-filling, home care oxygen trans-fill, helium cold-head compressor supply and return lines, LNG fuel filling and other miscellaneous connections. We offer virtually any size hose with a variety of fitting options to fulfill just about any connection type, as well as being able to customize any hose to suit our customer’s applications. Full length protective armor casing or cuffs can be applied to all hoses and in many cases is a standard feature.

Cryofab - Model CFHT Series - Cryogenic Transfer Hose/Line

When using cryogenic liquid gases with a low heat of vaporization such as helium, hydrogen or neon, it is necessary to have an efficient transfer hose/line. To meet these operating requirements, Cryofab transfer lines are carefully fabricated using all-welded stainless steel construction and super-insulated to provide the optimum in thermal performance. The inner configuration of all assemblies, whether it be rigid tube or flexible is stainless steel of minimum wall thickness to reduce cool-down losses and heat leak.

Cryofab - Model CFCL Series - Liquid Nitrogen Hose

This product is designed for applications that require reduced product evaporation and elimination of frost and condensation during transfers. The combination of vacuum jacket and super insulation make this product the optimal efficient flexible transfer line. Built to customer specifications, the lines can be fabricated to fit a multitude of applications. Inner diameters range from 1/8" to 6" and lengths up to 100’ in one continuous length (consult factory for specific length capabilities). It can be used with ALL liquid cryogens from LNG to liquid helium depending on the end fittings. A full line up of bayonets, pipe threads, compression and custom end fittings are available. Hose assemblies can also be fabricated full length protective ARMOR casing or cuffs.

Vacuum Jacketed Valves

Cryocomp - Model V1000 Series - Vacuum Seal-off Valve with Side Port

Cryocomp has added an integrated port on the side of the 1/2" and 1" standard seal-off valves for the purpose of installing a vacuum sensor to read the vacuum at any time after the evacuation is complete and the system is sealed off. This capability is especially important since it eliminates the need for drilling and welding on the system, which in turn eliminates potential leak paths and saves time during fabrication. The operating specifications are the same as the base valve.
