The steam heated water bath vaporizer is a typical Air Separation plant back-up vaporizer, it consists of a full stainless steel vessel with vaporizer coil submerged in the water. Water to be heated by means of steam injection, for such steam injectors are placed in the bottom part of the vessel in order to minimize noise.

High-pressure vaporizers consist of stainless steel tubes which are fitted inside aluminium extruded finned tubes. Vaporizers are designed for maximum working pressure of 420 barg in compliance with EN13445, ASME on request. Frames from these vaporizers are from all aluminium so no visible corrosion will appear on your customer site. All vaporizers come with appropriate CE marking to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. In addition to natural draft design, Cryonorm also offers forced draft design for increased capacities.

Cryonorm offers a full range of mobile vaporizers that can be delivered based on container dimensions or placed on steel base frames. These mobile vaporizers can be deployed on multiple locations, EN12079 certification on request for off-shore projects. All our mobile vaporizers are available for all air gases, LNG and CO2, while the heating medium can be ambient air, steam or electricity. Automatic Change Over Unit is to ensure reliable and continuous ambient vaporizer operation. The automatic chang eover system switches gas supply from vaporizer (bank) I to vaporizer (bank) II based on time and gas temperature.
