Cleansorb - Model Primeline Series - Dry Bed Exhaust Gas Abatement Systems

The PRIMELINE series represents the fully-featured version of the CLEANSORB family of dry bed exhaust gas abatement systems. The system is especially engineered to handle the gas flows and related operating conditions of safety-critical process applications – notably those of Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD).

Cleansorb - Model Labline - Compact, Air-Extracted Cabinet

The CLEANSORB LABLINE features a small absorber column housed in a compact, air-extracted cabinet. The ability to passively chemisorb hazardous gases at ambient temperature is a particular advantage for sporadic laboratory work since the LABLINE is not started up each time a new experiment is to be run.

Cleansorb - Model Stand-Alone - Absorber Columns

The dry bed absorbers from our stand-alone series are suitable for laboratory work on a smaller scale. Its purpose is to remove remaining gas from the test chambers. Various additional components, such as an enclosure that can be extracted, pressure monitoring or gas detection, ensure sufficient safety. Passive chemisorption at ambient temperature is ideal for laboratory use, as this space-saving absorber is permanently ready for operation without having to be heated up or otherwise started for each new experiment.

Clean-Protect - Absorb Toxic System

Hazardous process gases are usually fed from cylinders in gas supply cabinets that can be extracted. Exhaust gas cleaning is typically used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. CLEAN-PROTECT was developed as a special dry bed absorber to absorb toxic or otherwise dangerous gases in the event of a gas leak. This emergency absorber has been reliably protecting workplaces and factory environments around the world for more than 30 years. Suitable for a large number of different harmful gases, such as: AsH 3 , BF 3 , Br 2 , Cl 2 , ClF 3 , COCl 2 , F 2 , HCl, HF, HBr, H 2 S, H 2 Se, HCN, NH 3 , N 2 H 4 , PH 3 , SO 2 .

Cleanvent - Gas Cylinder

Before putting a new gas cylinder into operation in a gas supply cabinet, the small but significant amount of process gas that remains from the previous cylinder must first be drained - both for safety reasons and to ensure the purity of the new gas supply. The residual gas is usually a highly concentrated, toxic, self-igniting or corrosive gas that represents a potential source of danger. The CLEANVENT cartridge has proven itself in over 30 years as an extremely reliable solution for removing dangerous purging gases.
