As a result of several customer requests, CS Combustion Solutions has developed a unique nozzle that combines all the advantages of a typical ultrasonic nozzle with a significantly reduced atomiser requirement of approximately 50%. JULIP has enormous potential - reducing operating costs while improving the efficiency of thermal oxidation and sulphuric acid production plants.

The VARIEX lance was specially developed for the combustion of explosive gases. Due to the patented design of the lance, a constant outlet speed of the gas from the lance can be guaranteed over the entire control range.

The OXISPRAY nozzle system works with oxygen instead of compressed air or steam.
