The CS136M is based on our popular CS136X platform that features the most robust technologies for flexible peptide synthesis, with the additional ability to synthesize six peptides simultaneously for the high throughput user. The CS136M is used for R&D and high volume small scale manufacturing. Available with reaction vessel sizes ranging from 20 ml to 100 ml that utilize our patented 180 inversion for complete solvent and resin contact, the CS136M is custom built to order and can be customized to user needs. Standard options include jacketed reaction vessels for heating control, automated software integrated heated circulation, UV monitoring, and a touchscreen mounted computer for ease of use.

The CS-OLIGO-D from CSBio is a fully automated DNA/RNA oligonucleotide synthesizers that can be used for research, process development and production. This system is equipped with a reaction vessel that has 180° inversion mixing, flow through, and reaction vessel recirculation capabilities. This allows for batch synthesis with high load resin swelling, traditional flow through DNA synthesis, and recirculation for RNA synthesis.

Built to order with a formal design qualification (DQ) based on customer user requirement specifications (URS), the process scale DNA synthesizers from 5mmol to 4mol scale are designed and built to order to meet your exact needs.

The CS-LCP-100 is capable of packing CSBio`s standalone dynamic axial compression columns, 1", 2" and 4". These preparative columns can be maintained under dynamic axial compression without the need to stay within the column packer through a unique spring mechanism design within the column body. This allows for mobility of the columns outside of the column packer, while maintaining the benefit and high performance of maintaining dynamic axial compression within the column to ensure a consistent bed throughout the life of the column.
