Vector CSM - E-Mobility Measurement System

The measurement system for the development of electric mobility; Electromobility continues to gain momentum. Various energy storage, drive and charging systems pave the way to electric mobility. The development of high-voltage batteries, inverters and electric motors places high demands on measurement technology in order to obtain the right results for further optimization. Together with Vector Informatik, CSM has developed a measurement system that leaves nothing to be desired.

HV DTemp Measurement System

CSM - IC (Integrated Circuit) Temperature Sensors

HV DTemp IC (Integrated Circuit) temperature sensors are used to measure temperatures in confined installation spaces, e.g. within the high-voltage battery at cell level. The flexible geometry allows easy adaptation to the respective requirements of the measurement task.

CSM - Controller

Controller for addressing and power supply of semiconductor temperature sensors; The HV DTemp-M Controller provides the addressing, the power supply of the sensors and the transmission of the temperature values to the HV DTemp-P Central Unit. The M-series controller was developed for the connection of semiconductor temperature sensors. Due to the compact design, the controllers can be installed within the HV environment.

CSM - Central Unit

Measurement module for the control of the HV DTemp measurement system; The HV DTemp-P Central Unit controls the entire system and is the basis of every HV DTemp measurement setup. Since only one compact measurement module is required outside the HV environment to control up to 512 measurement points, there are enormous weight and space advantages.

HV Breakout Modules

CSM - HV Breakout Module

Single-phase measurement of internal conductor current and voltage; The HV Breakout Module (BM) type 1.1 has been specially designed for safe and precise single-phase measurement in single HV voltage power cables. Inner conductor current and voltage are measured directly and the instantaneous power is calculated in the module.
