PAL - Model RTC - Headspace Sampling Tools

Dedicated Tools for different syringe types available: 1mL / 2.5mL / 5mL (with corresponding tools). Syringe temp. 40°C up to 150°C in 1°C steps. Syringe flush with inert gas flow through X-Y-Z rail. Magnetic vial transport for 2mL, 10mL and 20mL vials.

PAL - Agitator Module

For the incubation and agitation of samples. 6 positions for 20mL vials. Temperature range 30° - 200°C. Agitation  speed 250 - 750rpm. Optional adapter for 2mL or 10mL vials.

PAL - Barcode Reader Module

This Barcode Reader Module reads the barcode labels on 2mL, 10mL and 20mL vials regardless of the orientation on the vials. Therefore it ensures highest process safety and traceability

PAL - Decapper Module

Opens/closes 2, 10, 20 mL screw cap vials without any change of hardware (no adapters required). A defined torque guarantees the reproducible and leak-tight closing of headspace vials. PAL Re-Cap vials ensure consistent performance for multiple open/close cycles

PAL - Dilutor Module

For efficient and accurate addition of larger amounts of liquids. 100µL, 1mL (standard), 5mL & 10mL dispensing syringes available. Optional selector valves allow dispensing of up to 4 different liquids (plus waste channel).

PAL - Model LSI - Injection Handling System

Reproducible results thanks to optimized injection handling. Only perfect injection handling gives reproducible results. The PAL LSI is designed for the precise and accurate handling of liquid samples of up to 100 μL in volume. In combination with the PAL Sample Control software all parameters of aspirating and dispensing of liquid samples can be fully controlled. This is crucial for perfect injections. A range of syringes from 1.2 μL to 100 μL is available. In the example highlighted above an aliquot of an internal standard is sandwiched between transport solvent and the sample. Air gaps in between the liquids preclude mixing of the different liquids. The accurate control of these steps is the basis of reproducible methods.
