PolyClay lies at the heart of all of the wastewater treatment solutions provided by CTECH Europe Ltd. PolyClay products are blended formulations based on natural minerals. They are powdered semi-granular formulations which are added directly into the wastewater. The components of the formulations dissolve and react in sequence. They work by pH adjustment, precipitation, ion exchange, coagulation and flocculation. PolyClay offers many advantages over traditional treatment methods such as polymer based solutions. Continued product development has led to many different blends tailored to treat different industrial wastewaters. CTECH is constantly identifying new ways to treat wastewaters that have proved difficult to treat by traditional methods. Ideal for mid and high volume wastewater treatment (up to l 2mj per hour). The CPS Wastewater Treatment Systems use CTECH`s PolyClay technology to clarify spent solutions, emulsions and industrial effluent. The CPS waste water treatment system provides process design flexibility to meet specific waste removal needs. Standard systems can have a throughput capacity of up to 12m3 per hour, with treatment tank sizes ranging from 2 to 15m3 for optimum efficiency and economy. Process tanks are available in stainless steel, Polypropylene, Polyethylene and CRP. Water filtration solutions provided by a wide range of Filter Press Units. CTECH Europe`s complete range of side beam Filter Press units are available in various plate sizes from 250mm through to 1500mm, in both bib outlet or 4-corner outlet with recessed or membrane plates. All CFP Filter Press units are tailor made and available in virtually any volume by selecting the number of plates required. Various levels of automation can be selected to suit individual customer requirements. The CFP Filter Press units are available in heavy duty carbon steel or stainless steel and are suitable for 7 bar, or as an option 15 bar, pumping pressure. All structural steel is sand blasted and has a primer and corrosion resistant epoxy coating applied. All parts subject to wear are made of stainless steel.

CTECH manufacture a wide range of paper bandfilters. Typical lengths vary from 1 -5m up to 6m long, with typical widths of 0.75m to 2m. A Paper Band Filter delivering fully automatic 10-55 micron filtration, suitable for the separation of particles from all types of liquids.

CTECH manufacture a pH measuring and control system that allows for the probe to remain in situ inside the processing tank even when the tank is empty. This makes it ideal for batch treatment processes.

CTECH manufacture powder dosing systems which are ideal for the controlled addition of powder compounds into processes. These range from 30kg to 1 tonne bulk bag hoppers. Dosing can be controlled either by timer or for more accurate additions via load cells and an intermediate hopper.
