C.T.S. - Monolithic Silos

The Monolithic silos are manufactured in one single piece and therefore they are seamless. With an additional special treatment these silos can be used to store liquid materials.

CTS Calvinsilos is glad to introduce a new series of Tanks for Liquids. These Tanks can contain chemical products, food, industrial products and other products liquid or semi-liquid. All the Tanks are built with advanced construction techniques and they are suitable for chemical solutions and acids. CTS Tanks are equipped with a stainless steel coupling for discharge and a stainless steel hatch for inspection diam. mm 400. On request it is possible to add a connection for the internal washing, inspection ladder with protection ring and a floater system for product-level control.

C.T.S - Vertical Joint Silos

We produce bolted silos basically because they can be loaded in large quantities into lorries or containers and this can obviously reduce the transport costs. S.I. silos have an upright seam and they are very easy to assemble. Apart from that, they have the same features and offer the same advantages of the monolithic silos: They are light-weight and airtight. They offer high mechanical resistance and perfect thermal insulation. They do not require any special maintenance, they are corrosion-free and they are projected and made to last very long over time. CTS silos are equipped with: Transparent level inspection stripe, Hot-dip galvanized supports, Pneumatic loading pipe and Vent pipe, Inspection ladder with protection rings, Cover (different types and different opening system), fiberglass bottom for screw conveyor or sliding gate for manual discharge.

C.T.S - Vertical Joint Silos for Container

The container is slightly less wide than the truck. Some of our “Vertical Joint Silos” (S.I. produced in 2 slices) are too large for a container, so very simply we produce them in 3 slices and this allow us to load many of them on one container. 3 vertical slices instead of 2 is the only difference between S.E.I. silos for container and S.I. Vertical Joint Silos.

Screw Conveyors

C.T.S. - Loading Screw Conveyors

CTS Calvinsilos also directly produces different models of augers for loading a silos. They’re fully hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel. Loading screw conveyor can be on wheels so to be moveable from one silos to another or can be fixed to a silos or a group of silos.

C.T.S - Unloading Screw Conveyors for Product Extraction

C.T.S. also offers a wide range of systems for the extraction of the product from the silo. We are direct manufacturer of rigid augers (for example augers for loading a mixer wagon) and we also supply flexible conveyors in PVC (for feeding line). The rigid augers are fully hot-galvanized or, on request, they can be made in stainless steel.
