CVP-100 is a hydrocarbon fluid specially formulated with high quality base stocks and a thermally stable additive package. This fluid offers outstanding resistance to sludge and varnish formation, is chemically stable, and has good water separating characteristics. Its high viscosity index provides good lubrication at higher operating temperatures and its low pour point allows easier cold start-ups.

CVP-130 is a hydrocarbon fluid specially formulated to resist sludge and varnish formation in vacuum pumps operating under more demanding pumping applications. Along with excellent water separation and filterability properties, this fluid offers good lubrication and less internal pump wear increasing pump life and reducing downtime.

CVP-153 and CVP-154 are general purpose high viscosity hydrocarbon fluids designed for use in larger rotary vane, piston and lobe type vacuum pumps. There high viscosity index provides the lubrication and sealing properties necessary for proper pump operation. These fluids also have excellent resistance to water emulsification and oxidation in non-corrosive applications.

CVP-157 and CVP-158 are specially formulated synthetic hydrocarbon fluids that offer superior performance characteristics to other standard hydrocarbon and semi-synthetic fluids. They have excellent resistance to oxidation and water emulsions caused by high operating temperatures that results in longer drain intervals. Superior rust and corrosion protection combined with greater lubricity substantially reduce pump wear. A low pour point permits easier cold start-ups thereby reducing power consumption.

CVP-159 is a semi-synthetic vacuum pump fluid formulated from a specially refined hydrocarbon base stock. It offers many advantages over standard hydrocarbon fluids such as increased oxidation and temperature stability, greater resistance to carbon build-up, low sludging tendency due to excellent water resistance, less frictional drag resulting in lower power consumption and cooler running pumps, and increased protection against rust and corrosion.

CVP-170 has been specifically designed to assist in the internal cleaning of particulate and sludge build-up due to process contamination in mechanical vacuum pumps. Its lighter viscosity helps free attached contamination from the internal parts, allowing it to be re-moved through the drain valve.

CVP-200 is a high quality, molecularly distilled, hydrocarbon fluid designed for use in rotary vane pumps and Leybold type blowers. Its low volatility and excellent vapor pressure offer extended fluid life, reduced backstreaming, and high resistance to corrosive attack in critical pumping applications. When used in both the mechanical and diffusion pumps, the possibility of cross-contamination of fluids is eliminated.

CVP-300 is a double distilled hydrocarbon fluid specially developed for fast pumpdown cycles and improved resistance to oxidation. Modified with a strong anti-oxidant, it has improved performance in high temperature and/or high gas load applications. This fluid has better decomposition resistance than other hydrocarbon fluids and some organic esters in diffusion, booster, and ring jet pumps.

CVP-400 is a distilled hydrocarbon fluid designed for diffusion pumps used in demanding vacuum applications, such as those found in vacuum metallurgy. Fortified with additional anti-oxidants, this fluid can handle the high temperatures and gas loads that are common in these operations. Also, its lower cost makes it more economical to use when fluid life is very short due to certain inherent process conditions.

CVP-9020 silicone vacuum grease  is ideally suited for all  high vacuum applications with pressures as low as 10**. It has good lubricating and sealing ability, resistance to water and chemicals and high and low temperature stability.
