Curran 1000 T is and advanced two part 100% solids epoxy coating designed specifically for high temperature immersion service in cooling water and process streams. This coating is an organic/inorganic hybrid that exhibits state of the art coating technology with exponential improvements in performance verses existing polymer technology. Can withstand multiple cycling and steam out events subjected to process equipment. Ideally suited for small diameter tubes: Heat exchanger tubes. Fin Fan/Air cooler tubes. Condenser tubes (For power plant condensers please see Curran 1000 CT coating). Chiller tubes.

Curran 1400 Series is an advanced coating system derived from a novel technology that combines, on a molecular level, both organic and inorganic molecules to provide a thermally stable highly cross – linked structure. It offers superior broad range chemical resistance from sub ambient to elevated temperatures in excess of 374°F (190`C), after only an ambient cure. The cured coating has excellent sliding abrasion resistance coupled with a very smooth finish that enhances fluid flow and prevents sludge build up. Curran 1400 Series can be steam cleaned at temperatures exceeding 374`F (190`C).

An advanced two part 100% solids epoxy. It is a high build coating that can be applied by brush or roller in one coat to repair and protect steel surfaces in wet/immersion environments while still providing excellent corrosion resistance.

Can withstand multiple cycling and steam out events subjected to process equipment.

Curran 1500 is an advanced two part (100% solids) epoxy coating designed specifically for high temperature immersion service in water, hydrocarbons, and process streams (up to 365 F, 185 C). This coating is an organic/inorganic hybrid, is suitable for immersion services subjected to “cold wall” exposure, and is machinable when fully cured. Can withstand multiple cycling and steam out events subjected to process equipment.

An ultra-low DFT advanced coating system targeted for heat exchanger fouling refinery crude unit and FCC slurry fouling by enhancing tube lubricity and reducing surface tension. Curran 2500 is designed for high temperature DCU, VDU and FCCU crude services, and can be applied to tube exchangers, P&F exchangers and distillation tower components. In independent lab testing this coating has exhibited excellent anti-fouling and anti-coking performance, and is resistant to thermal cycling. Designed to withstand extreme temperatures up to 1200°F. May be applied to heat exchanger tubes, plate & frame exchangers, tube sheets, channels, exchanger components and crude heaters. Can be applied in-situ.
