CCS’ highly reliable and economical Temperature Transducers utilize a Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) for monitoring the temperature of aircraft fluids and gasses. The CCS Temperature Transducer is based on platinum wire-wound or thin-film RTD elements. The RTD is designed and constructed to International IEC Standards and includes single and dual channel 100, 500 and 1000 Ohm at Zero degrees C options.

Based off CCS’s GEN 3 Pressure Transducer Product Line, the TRS Electronic Pressure Switch uses proven sensor and solid state technology to provide fast, reliable, and accurate pressure management in high pressure dynamic environments.

The 1G Series is an all aluminum gage pressure switch with high vibration and shock resistance designed specifically for low pressure applications ranging from 2 to 60 PSIG. The sensing area is larger than the 8G Series to accommodate low pressure settings and for certain applications that demand tighter actuation and deactuation settings, a narrower dead band can be achieved. Weight is approximately 3.5 ounces.

The 150T Series is a stainless steel, lightweight, miniaturized temperature switch with high vibration and shock resistance. These temperature switches utilize a vapor pressure system to sense temperature changes. Pressure is generated in a probe that is partially filled with a volatile liquid and pre-selected according to the probe temperature set point requirement. Switches are available in 25°F to 500°F settings. The approximate weight is 2.5 ounces.
