CVS Controls Design EZ valves are globe-style with integral end connections, post guiding, and quickchange trim. Typical applications include chemical or hydrocarbon processing, as well as applications that require control of viscous, non-lubricating or other hard-to-handle fluids.

The CVS Series EW valve bodies are single port, globe-style bodies with cage guiding, clamped seat rings and push-down-to-close valve plug action. Providing excellent pressure and flow control on steam, gasses, and various liquid processes. This series features large end connections and expanded internal flow cavities.

The CVS Series E is a single port globe-style body with composition or metal seats and a balanced “push-down-to-close” valve plug. The CVS Series EA is an angle body.

The CVS Series EU Control Valve is a globe style, single port valve which uses a balanced plug, cage guided design with push down to close action.

CVS SY series scotch yoke pneumatic actuators are specifically designed for use with quarter turn valves. The large output torque range offered by CVS Controls ensures that our actuators match the operational characteristics of plug, ball or butterfly valves; or any device requiring precise and reliable 90°rotary motion.

The CVS 3400 is a CSA approved and Explosion Proof Rated EX d IIC T6/T5, Class 1, Zone 1, Group A. Additional certifications include ATEX and IECEx. The CVS 3400 Smart Positioner accurately controls valve stroke using an input signal of 4 – 20 mA from the controller. The smart positioner uses torque motor control for better resistance to moisture dust and vibration. On board micro processing optimizes the positioner performance and allows for auto calibration, PID control, alarm and *HART protocol. Output characteristics are linear, equal percent, quick open and user specified. The LCD display enables easy monitoring of the position. PID parameters can be easily adjusted in the field by push button, information is transferred with a HART communicator.

The CVS-2400 Smart Valve Positioner accurately controls valve stroke according to input signal of 4~20mA input from a controller. In addition, a highly efficient micro-processor performs various, powerful functions like Auto-calibration, PID control, alarm, and HART protocol.

The CVS Series 252 Filter may be utilized to filter air or clean gas prior to entering pressure pilots, pilot operated regulators, or pneumatic instruments that require clean mediums for continued and efficient operations. When using a CVS Series 252 Filter in the installation, it will prevent contaminants and moisture from entering the devices and equipment it is protecting. This will reduce down time for maintenance and help increase overall efficiency.

The CVS Type 1301F and 1301G Regulator is a self-operated, high-pressure regulator. It is used where high pressure gas must be reduced for use as pilot supply pressure in pilot-operated regulators, or as loading pressure in pressure-loaded regulators. This regulator is also suitable for other applications as high-pressure reducing regulators for various gases.
