Our dust control products are engineered to provide greater control over dust emissions—particularly on roads—but are also applicable for a range of other erosion control applications, such as stockpiles and tailings piles of various materials. Useful for a broad range of industries and applications, Cypher’s dust control products come in highly concentrated forms.

The highly concentrated, yet low viscosity and environmentally friendly form of Dust Stop® Liquid Concentrate provides a superior dust control product that is very easy to mix and apply. The product penetrates even the hardest compacted materials and is able to withstand even the heaviest weights found in mine haul road environments around the world. Dust Stop® Liquid Concentrate has extremely long lasting results in many applications that exhibit high amounts of traffic, even longer on tailings pile and stock pile dust and erosion control applications. The highly concentrated formula of the product also means that Dust Stop® Liquid Concentrate is able to be mixed with several parts water prior to its application, reducing expensive shipping costs. The versatility of the product relies heavily on the highly flexible film that it forms, this enables it to bend, without cracking, even with heavy industrial type traffic loads travelling on the treated roads.

Dust Stop Municipal Blend is specifically designed as a non-corrosive and environmentally friendly alternative to road salts, such as magnesium chloride and calcium chloride, offering superior road dust control results. Dust Stop Municipal Blend is very cost-competitive with road salts, while being able to very effectively eliminate unwanted fugitive dust from unpaved roads of any soil type. Its unique formula is able to provide unparalleled dust control while being both cost effective and non-corrosive. The concentrated liquid formulation is easily mixed with several parts water prior to its application, allowing it to be easily transported and applied with standard water trucks. Once the solution is sprayed on the road and allowed to dry, immediate dust control results will be achieved.

Our road stabilization product, known as EarthZyme, is designed to provide long-term soil stabilization on unpaved roads and surfaces, as well as underneath existing road pavements of any kind. Used in a variety of industries, Cypher’s patented technology for EarthZyme helps prevent problems such as washboarding, rutting, heaving, potholing and dust.
