Cytodiagnostics Universal Lateral Flow Assay Kit is a convenient ready-to-use kit for quick and cost-effective development of a lateral flow dipstick assay for detection of proteins, antibodies and amplified DNA products. Detection of proteins: Requires the use of one biotinylated and one FITC-labelled antibody against the protein target to be detected. Detection of amplified DNA product: Requires the use of a biotin and FITC-labelled primer during amplification.

Cytodiagnostics’ Conjugation QC Lateral Flow Dipstick Kit is a rapid 10-minute immunochromatographic test intended for quality control of antibody and antigen conjugation to Cytodiagnostics gold nanoparticles. The 10-minute test can be used for determining if conjugation was successful for the following sources of antibodies and class: Goat IgG Antibody, Human IgG Antibody, Rabbit IgG Antibody, Mouse IgG Antibody. This kit can also be used for determining if conjugation was successful of an antigen to the gold nanoparticles if probed with an antibody from the list above (not including in kit) prior to running the test, see product sheet for additional instructions. 

40nm and 60nm standard gold nanoparticles (100ml each, conc. OD1), 12 conjugation optimization buffers (1.5ml each), 10% NaCl (100ml), Protein resuspension buffer, Detailed conjugation optimization protocol. Kit contains enough material to optimize 10 protein conjugates, or one optimization reaction and scale-up production of 20ml of conjugate at a final optical density of OD3.

The Mouse IgG Fc Lateral Flow Assay Kit is a 10-minute assay used for the detection of mouse IgG Fc in culture media, cell lysates, and purified protein samples. Common applications include monitoring expression levels of recombinant antibodies, monoclonal antibodies, and tracking of mouse Fc-tagged proteins during purification. Assay Working Range: 0.015-20ug/ml of mouse IgG

The Human IgG Fc Lateral Flow Assay Kit is a 20-minute assay used for the detection of Human IgG Fc in cell culture media, and purified protein samples. Common applications include monitoring expression levels of recombinant antibodies, and tracking of human Fc-tagged proteins during purification. Assay Working Range: 0.020-10 ug/ml of Human IgG
