D-Star - Model DDW-1O - Dual Wavelength Detector
At half the price of competitive dual wavelength HPLC UV-Vis detectors, the DDW-10 is a common sense approach to dual wavelength monitoring. The benefit to the user is dual wavelength detection at a single wavelength price. The DDW-10 is ideal for applications such as protein, peptides, and amino acid analysis including Ninhydrin amino acid derivatives. Most analyses of proteins and peptides are carried out at two wavelengths: 214 and 280nm respectively.
