FG Aerostar NOVApleat - Fully Automated Construction Process System
The Aerostar® NOVApleat uses a fully automated construction process ensuring consistent quality, uniform appearance and performance. The self-supported 100% synthetic material is twice the weight of conventional pleated filters resulting in a durable filter able to withstand rough handling conditions. The precision machine fabrication gives the filter consistent quality and the square pleat tip provides added rigidity and improved air flow characteristics. Available in standard and high capacity in a nominal 1″ or 2″ depth.
FG Aerostar - Pleated Air Filter
The Aerostar® Series 400 pleated air filter utilizes a state-of-the-art 100% synthetic media to achieve exceptionally high levels of efficiency with the lowest resistance to air flow available. The Series 400 filter is extremely effective in removing many airborne irritants such as pollens, molds, dander, and dust. The low resistance improves air flow and can greatly reduce energy costs. This filter can be a valuable tool in achieving points for USGBC-LEED certification projects. Available in nominal depths of 1″, 2″ and 4″.
FG Aerostar - Pleated Air Filter
The Aerostar® Series 1100 pleated air filter utilizes 100% synthetic media achieving a MERV 11 value. Pleated filters accumulate heavier, more restrictive particles at the bottom or tips of the pleats, leaving the sides open longer for effective filtration. The low resistance improves air flow and can greatly reduce energy costs. This filter can be a valuable tool in achieving points for USGBC-LEED certification projects. Available in nominal depths of 1″, 2″ and 4″.
FG Aerostar - Green Pleat Filter
Available in nominal depths of 1″, 2″ and 4″. Green pleat provides points toward LEED certification. Low resistance to air flow reduces energy costs. Eliminates need to retrofit to achieve high MERV value. 100% synthetic media is moisture resistant and will not promote biological growth.
FG PuraFilter - Carbon Pleat Filter
The Aerostar® Purafilter Series 750 Plus carbon pleat is designed to provide higher levels of both particulate and gas phase air filtration compared to standard carbon pleats. The self-supportive media is comprised of a 100% synthetic pre-filtration layer laminated to a chemically enhanced activated carbon filtration layer that achieves a MERV 10 for particulate efficiency. Available in a MERV 10; 1”, 2” and 4” filter. Low pressure drop. Disposable, easy to use, low service cost. All filters wrapped and sealed in protective plastic bags.
FG Aerostar - High Temperature Pleat Filter
The Aerostar® High Temperature Pleat & Elements incorporate an ultrafine fiberglass media that is bonded to a heavy-duty steel frame to prevent air by-pass. This filter can be used where fire codes require a high temperature filter.

The Aerostar® FP’s unique, inherently stable filter design distributes are evenly across the filter. It allows for large variations in air flow and pressure drop without affecting filter performance and efficiency. Our 4V mini-pleat V-Bank™ technology has proven to be cost effective and highly efficient in removing a wide variety of contaminants from the air stream. Filter incorporates 193 square feet of wet-laid micro-fiberglass media in a 24x24x12 frame.

SoniQ - Pocket Filter
The Aerostar SoniQ Pocket is constructed with a non-shed, moisture resistant, synthetic media consists of a layered and blended melt-blown polypropylene able to capture small particles from the air stream. The ultrasonic welding process provides a product with no stitch holes to prevent any possible air leakage.
Aerostar - Fiberglass Pocket Filter
The Aerostar Fiberglass Pocket is constructed of an ultra-fiberglass fiber media. The media is bonded to a thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. These medium to high efficiency filters can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications as well as specialty applications such as oil mist collection, fume collection and collection of heavy concentrated file airborne contaminants.
