The Handheld Laser Methane Remote detector is designed by using the Turntable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy technology (TDLAS), it can quickly and efficiently detects methane leaks up to 10 / 30 meters away, which allows the users to safely survey areas that maybe hard to reach or difficult terrains, such as busy roadways, locked gates, pipes suspended under bridge, long distance pipeline and other hard to access areas.

The household laser methane alarm is high in stability, easy to be integrated, low in power consumption, fast in response. Can be used separately or linked into smart detection platform, thus to realize remote alarm, APP auto inspection etc. The alarm will send out buzze or vibration signal once the methane concentration detected is higher than the alarm value set, the information will be sent to the user end to be alert and check in time. Meanwhile, the APP installed inside the mobile phone will receive the alarm, thus to make sure the alarm information reach the house owner when he/she is not at home, and an action of cutting off the gas source can be done remotely through the connecting of the wiring terminal.

With temperature control and pigtail assembled, the 14pin BTF module is the standard butterfly packaged module. With isolator and TEC built inside to reduce the factors that may change the wavelength, thus to make the wavelength more stable, with excellent SMSR and wavelength stability, the BTF module is widely used in laser sensor field. 600-2400nm center wavelength, and assembly type can be customized.

With TEC and thermistor built inside of the module, the power and wavelength are stably controlled. Compared with the BTF module, the coaxial packaged module is smaller in size, which makes it more suitable and flexible to be integrated at the end-user’s. Small in size, compact in structure design.
