DAM Group produces laboratory and end of line test benches and measurement instruments for hybrid or electric powertrains. This e-motor test bench performs the functional test of the e-motor and collects data on quality, reliability, and performance.
DAM - Rotating Electrical Machine Test Bench
This bench allows to control the efficiency of 12V/24v/48V machines that come out of the production lines. This rotative electrical machine test bench has been delivered to 5 different production sites so that the customer can compare the quality of these products from one production site to another.

Leaveraging on 30 years of know-how for the vehicle electrification, DAM Group is today concentrating on e-Motors and e-Drives, transmission, and batteries testing solutions. Our e-motor performance test bench can test all the 48V from hybrid vehicles.

DAM - Custom Made Leakproof Joint
Experts in leak testing, the quality of leakproof joints offered on the market did not meet our level of requirements, so we decided to internalise the design and manufacture of gaskets. For this purpose, we invested in a special leakproof joint manufacturing machine. Since then, all our seals are manufactured 100% in our workshop. The mastery of the process allows us to produce joint of an exceptional quality, resistant in time.
DAM - Leak Test Platform for Fuel Cell Bipolar Plates and Membranes
DAM Group has developed a range of leak test platforms able to operate on any hydrogen components. We are updating our processes and equipment to comply with the high leakage requirements of fuel cell manufacturers. This leak test platform is the medium capacity bench of our leak test range. It allows a considerable reduction in cycle time.
