Used mainly for pipe renovation, where digging them up is not appropriate; under buildings, established outside installations (driveways, gardens etc.) But also downpipes in blocks of flats.

The wire winch, which consists of two wire drums with inbuilt DV gear motors, is manufactured from stainless steel. On each wire drum is the standard 150 m / 4 mm stainless steel acid-resistant steel wire (can be extended if needed).

DC SUPER FLEX is Dancutter’s extremely flexible cutter. It can move through several 90-degree bends in a 100 mm pipe and works effortlessly whether the pipe is straight or has bends. The DC SUPER FLEX is ideal for reopening laterals or removing hard deposits like concrete from pipelines. When you are cutting, milling and grinding in pipes from 75 - 150 mm / 3” - 6” in., DC SUPER FLEX is a powerful solution, no matter if the pipe is made of PVC, cement, concrete, cast iron or steel. DC MINI BIKE is Dancutter’s smallest cutter. When you are cutting, grinding and milling inside narrow pipes (50-75 mm / 2” in.) or in cramped spaces that are difficult to access DC MINI BIKE is a powerful solution, no matter if the pipe is made of PVC, cement, concrete, cast iron or steel. DC MAXI FLEX is Dancutter’s most powerful cutter. It has an extremely powerful motor which makes the cutter both fast and efficient. The DC MAXI FLEX is flexible and can go through several 45-degree bends in a 150 mm pipe and works effortlessly whether the pipe is straight or has bends. The DC MAXI FLEX is ideal if you mostly work in larger pipes reopening laterals or removing hard deposits like concrete from pipelines. When you are cutting, milling and grinding in pipes from 100 - 300 mm / 4” - 12” in., DC MAXI FLEX is a powerful solution, no matter if the pipe is made of PVC, cement, concrete, cast iron or steel.

Very user-friendly control panel on which all adjustments can be made. Operations – controlling the cutters and delivery - are controlled with 2 joysticks and the large 12.1” colour monitor that is fitted in the cover and gives a really good overview when work is being carried out with the system.
