The Watertec 40 water well drilling rig has been designed for drilling large diameter boreholes to great depths in some of the world’s most challenging environments. A hugely successful deep water well drilling rig, the Watertec 40 has a lifting capacity of 40,000kgf, and the rig is favoured by large aid agencies, government departments and private contractors for deep borehole drilling projects worldwide. Capable of most common water well drilling methods including conventional mud drilling and DTH hammer drilling, this model is also used for flooded reverse circulation drilling when the geology demands it, or when very large diameter boreholes are required.

With a pullback capacity of 24,000kgf, the high performance Watertec 24 water well drilling rig is capable of drilling to great depths while mounted on a 6 x 6 truck. The machine is built to be robust, reliable and able to operate for continuous periods in some of the world’s harshest environments. A 900cfm/350psi compressor is mounted on board as standard and provides air for DTH hammer drilling and well development. Favoured by government, NGOs, charities and contractors where greater depths are required in arid areas, or for larger diameter bores required for irrigation or larger scale water supply where highly productive aquifers are present.

The Mintec 18 is a large, powerful heavy-duty mineral exploration drilling rig capable of wireline coring, reverse circulation and rotary air blast drilling in all geological formations to extreme depths. It comes with various mounting options, including 6 x 6 truck for quick mobilisation between sites of long distance or steel tracks for when encountering rough, muddy terrain.

Designed specifically for mineral exploration, the versatile, heavy-duty Mintec 12.8 drilling rig is capable of wireline coring, reverse circulation(RC) and rotary air blast drilling (RAB) to great depths in remote locations.

Occupying a small footprint, this compact yet powerful rotary drilling rig allows the user to carry out a wide range of drilling techniques to medium depths in areas of difficult terrain and limited space. It can be used for water well, mineral exploration and geotechnical applications. Available in 4 tonne or 6 tonne pullback versions, the fully customisable machine comes with a range of engines up to  300hp, including fully compliant EU options. The customer can also choose from a selection of rotary heads based on their drilling needs – whether they will be carrying out multiple drilling applications or require a dedicated rig for wireline coring or water well drilling.

Available in both trailer and track mounted versions, it can be used for many applications including site investigation, shallow water well drilling and mineral prospecting.

The Dando Jackal 9000 is a truly multipurpose drilling rig incorporating a pullback capacity of 10,000kg within a lightweight and compact structure. Designed for use in water well, mineral exploration, geotechnical investigation and geothermal (GSHP) drilling projects, the Jackal 9000 is capable of performing various drilling techniques including RC (Reverse Circulation), RAB (Rotary Air Blast), conventional mud, auger, diamond wireline coring, SPT, geothermal heat pump drilling and more.

Dando stocks and supplies a wide range of high quality specialist tooling for use with its Dando Terrier drilling rig, including drive rods, samplers, duplex casing, dynamic probing rods and BWY rods.

The Dando MK 1000 is fitted with a twin worm and single wheel gear totally enclosed in an oil bath case. This power swivel incorporates a 150mm I.D hollow spindle which is mounted on taper roller bearings and is powered by twin piston motors providing controlled rotation and torque in forward and reverse.

Hirado’s lightweight, mobile rock splitters are the perfect tool for breaking rock and concrete structures in areas with restricted access and noise and vibration regulations. They can be used in places such as subways, hospitals as well as for internal demolition. Used in combination with Hirado’s hydraulic pump, they are one of the most silent demolition tools on the market, at less than 65 Dba. In addition to being vibration and dust free, Hirado rock splitters also provide extreme power, with a splitting force of up to 6.5 Meganewton/663 Ton.
