Daniel Company produces technologically advanced Biological Filter Systems (BioDAN) for efficient and low-operational cost odor control applications. The BioDAN systems can range in size from small, bench-scale pilot units to some of the largest odor control systems in the world. Our BioDAN Series is available in low-footprint or low-profile designs, and can be either round or rectangular. The BioDAN series operates without the use of chemicals and without creating harmful, effluent byproducts.

Degassifiers use a process of counter flow, forced draft to remove gaseous solutes from treatment plant processed water. The process effluent water is distributed over plastic packing media by means of spray nozzles or a v-notched weir  system. The water is distributed in conjunction with air blowing upwards, counter-currently.

Daniel Company provides chemical scrubbing systems for air pollution and odor control applications. Scrubbers utilize deep synthetic packing media beds up to 10 feet deep in conjunction with a high flow rate recirculation system with chemical injection. Chemical scrubbers provide a small footprint system effective in removing H2S and Ammonia. The system can utilize a single packed tower or can be used in series for high removal rate or multiple gases present in airstreams.

Daniel Company designs and manufactures chemical storage tanks intended for use in water treatment and other industries that require non-corrosive tanks for chemical storage. We engineer and build our tanks to the highest industry standards to allow for use in any application.

Daniel Company offers precision-engineered fiberglass reinforced plastic zero-leakage DanELAST isolation dampers utilizing only highly corrosion resistant parts for air movement and controls. Zero-leakage DanELAST dampers are fire retardant, corrosion resistant, and UV protected. All components are designed with replaceable parts that are easily disassembled for maintenance. The blade shafts are constructed of custom-milled, solid 316SST metal. Daniel Mechanical Company’s zero-leakage DanELAST damper utilizes a specially formulated elastomer with corrosion resistance equal to and/or superior to EPDM, Hypalon, and even Viton.

Provide superior absorption of lateral, torsional, angular, and axial movement experienced in rigid ducting/piping systems. DanFLEX is constructed of vulcanized layers of polyester tire-cord fabric reinforcement, sandwiched between a 60 to 70 durameter elastomeric inner liner and exterior cover. Tire-cord fabric is layered at an optimal bias angle with Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex for superior rubber-to-fabric bonding. The elastomer is built as one continuous piece with an integrally molded, hollow-arched volute. 316 stainless steel retainer bands are used with adjustable screw seal type fasteners. DanFLEX is suitable for use in H2S-laden, corrosive environments, and is resistant to ultra violet rays.
