The garbage from the block is stored in an underground refuse tank with shafts or in a special designed building with ventilation and build-in shafts. Once a week, a special designed garbage truck will empty the refuse tank.

The ideal solution for multi-storey buildings. The garbage truck´s holding tank is build into a central place in the block. The shafts from the blocks are connected by a pipe system, that leads under the building to the storage site where hygienic storage containers are located. These containers are picked up by a garbage truck on agreed time intervals.

For the residents of the building there will be no change to the everyday handling of their refuse, but they will be without all the disadvantages that previously existed, such as odours, noise and vermin.
