Duraweb - Nanofiber Filter
Duraweb nanofiber filter is an advanced and modern nanofiber technology that employs an electrospinning process that fabricates very fine, continuous, durable fiber 0.12µm – 0.14µm in diameter. MERV 15 nanofiber offers a greater ability to remove submicron dust particles. High-quality narrow fiber distribution improves media efficiency and reduces initial pressure drop. Improved surface loading allows the dust to collect on the media surface making the pulse cleaning more effective, reducing emissions, and providing a cleaner, safer work environment for employees.
Dura-Tex - Model 360 - PTFE Filters
Our proprietary membrane technology specifically designed for tough applications. Through innovative R&D processes, the membrane has been developed specifically for industrial air applications that require high (HEPA) efficiencies and a low-pressure drop. Backed by a Toray 100% polyester Spunbond substrate, duratex 360 PTFE Filters is unsurpassed in consistency and performance. Laminated with a flexible membrane, the “unstressed” fibers will allow the media to stretch and form during the pleating process. Unlike other PTFE membranes, duratex 360 will not crack, or break which causes delaminating over time.
Dura-Tex - Model C - PTFE Filters
Duratex-c PTFE filters is a fire retardant coating is applied to this corrugated poly-blended ePTFE media, and then the proprietary membrane is permanently bonded to the substrate that will not allow delamination. With a HEPA grade E11 efficiency, low-pressure drop, and an economical price, this 100% hydrophobic media is an upgrade to nanofiber products in durability and efficiency.
DHA - Model PSB - Polyester Spunbond Filter
Where clean air, durability and long filter life are a must, the PSB product line is the choice. The consistent blending of the bi-component fibers promotes a longer filter life cycle and will go twice the distance of any polyester/cellulose blend. Chosen for superior strength, stiffness, purity, and uniformity, this synthetic, non-woven is tailored to bring value and innovation to meet the high demands of industrial filtration.
DHA - Model 1251 - Polyester Cellulose Filter
For less demanding applications, the most commonly used media is a blend of polyester cellulose filter fiber. Commonly used for dry and coarse dust, this media provides acceptable filtration efficiency and dust release with an economical price point.
EDM Filters
Electronic Discharge Machining is specialized equipment used to electrically erode metal in order to form complex shapes and sizes. This machining method is primarily used for hard metals or those that would be very difficult to machine with traditional techniques. The material removal from the work piece occurs by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage. The particles created from this process are then removed by way of EDM filters.
Gas Turbine Cartridges
DHA - HEPA Grade Filtration Gas Turbine Cartridges
Gas turbines ingest a large amount of ambient air during operation. As a result, the quality of the air entering the turbine is a significant factor in the performance and life of the gas turbine. As the costs and complexity of gas turbine generators increase, end users seek ways to both protect and maximize their investment. Many gas turbine operators have explored high efficiency options for their inlet filters. Switching to HEPA grade intake filtration greatly reduces the presence of contaminates in the turbine compressor. This helps extend turbine life and efficiency while reducing the costs in fuel and maintenance. There have been a few drawbacks to making the move to HEPA filters. One issue is that with a more restrictive filter media comes increased initial pressure drop. There have also been questions surrounding the long term durability and lifespan of the HEPA filters.

Hydraulic Elements
DHA - Micro Glass
Absolute rated elements for maximum performance, life and dirt holding capacity. Pressure Side and Return Line Elements. Rated at a minimum Beta (Bx>) 200 efficiency. 1, 3, 6, 12 and 25 absolute micron ratings. Buna or Viton seals. Elements collapse ratings range between 150 PSID to 6,000 PSID. All micro-glass elements are potted and seam-sealed with epoxy-based adhesives. High collapse elements are double wire-backed for maximum support. High collapse elements have machined end caps for greater element integrity.
