One of the first steps to bio-solid composting is mixing the de-watered sludge cake with a bulking agent. This is usually in the form of either wood-chips, sawdust, yard waste etc. We can provide the mixer and associated ancillary components, specially designed to handle the variety of bulking agents used in the bio-solid composting field.

Haith Barrel washer 3m X 900mm barrel with plintle lining and in barrel powered brush.

Tong Washer. Fully rebuilt. 1.2m diameter x 2.5 long barrel, shaped bottom tank with lever operated gate valve with flushing pipe in the feed out end of the tank. Electric opening on barrel door. Stainless steel barrel with large diameter powered brush.

Tong Peal barrel washer. 900mm x 4m stainless steel barrel with rubber plintle lining. Electric door opening, shaped tank. Approximate capacity 10 ton per hour.

Haith box tipper hopper 1800mm wide x 1500mm long with single phase variable speed drive.

Full static conveyor systems supplied and installed. Designed and manufactured to customers specifications. Can be designed to be incorporated into existing plants. Optional drive units, to suit product and desired output, without spillage. Manufactured to work in all environments, inside or out. Service contracts available if required.
