MindSet Detector is designed to monitor and detect abnormal behavior in water systems, based on several techniques: "Rare Combination" Alerting The proprietary algorithm classifies historical event data, event frequency, and relevancy as Known, Unknown, Hazard, Maintenance, etc. This enables the system to detect when a new or rare combination of variables occurs and distinguish between false and real alarms.

Mindset-Desktop client is a desktop application that allows many users to work simultaneously with the EDS server. The Desktop Client allows you to monitor water quality, perform event classification and events detection from wherever you are. The installation of the software is easy and simple. Secure communication allows any user with a suitable name and password to see the status of monitoring stations on top of a Google map. The application allows for generating a variety of graphs, data tables, and reports. Even an inexperienced user can learn to run the software effectively within less than an hour. Detector-EDS Desktop Client is signed with a Microsoft Certificate.

Mindset-Mobile is an application that allows users to monitor the activity of EDS systems from cell phones securely. The application is suitable for the two main operating systems of cell phones. iOS and Android devices. The app can be downloaded from the appropriate app store. The interface is intuitive, and one can quickly learn how to operate it. The mobile application helps the user to detect abnormality situations in water quality and perform classification activities remote when needed.

The “MicroEDS” is an Event Detection System (EDS), design to run on top of SBC (Single Board Computer). It is a software platform that utilizes machine learning (ML) technology to detect water abnormal conditions both in-process and hardware. Its mission is to detect pending problems in an industrial environment before they developed into severe problems.

The EDS Text is the most recent addition to the Mindset Detector Family. The Text system simplifies fault handling and enriches user experience using natural language processing abilities. With our text system, you will be able to receive information regarding your water system from consumers, contractors, and utility workers, get a visual of the messages on top of a google map, with relation to location address or station, and enter notes of your own into the software.
