DEF conducts a full technical audit of the existing SSI on a site to address issues of future work or maintenance. This preliminary phase enables you to comprehend your project with perfect command of the existing one. Thanks to pre-established flowcharts and suitable tools, our engineers and technicians identify equipment and record its status. This rigorous documentation makes it possible in particular to support the sensitive switchover phases of the SSI, or to establish an accurate diagnosis of ongoing maintenance. All this information also provides an assessment of the risks to be covered and the preventive measures to be undertaken.

DEF carries out all studies (design and execution) in accordance with the regulations applicable to the type and purpose of the site to be protected. At the same time, our engineers optimise these studies according to your expression of requirements and your objectives.

DEF adapts to a distribution of the batches according to your issues: we are able to provide you with a turnkey service, including studies, installation and commissioning; as well as supply products with or without services. These various terms can also include a third party contractor that you may have selected. You will thus be able to choose the type of service that will best meet your constraints and expectations.

Preventive maintenance consists in the verification and the complete maintenance of fire safety installations, in order to maintain their proper operation, in compliance with the regulations and standards in force. Regular preventive maintenance thus reduces the probability of equipment failure and minimises corrective maintenance.

It consists in intervening within a predetermined period on a defective installation, in order to maintain an optimal level of operation before the final corrective action. DEF ensures corrective maintenance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, within 2, 4, 8, 24 or 48 hours after the call, depending on the severity of the failure and the nature of the maintenance contract.

The management and operation of your Fire Safety System throughout the service life of the facility are major issues. They require optimising the overall migration costs during the service life of the building.
