Audit Service
DEF conducts a full technical audit of the existing SSI on a site to address issues of future work or maintenance. This preliminary phase enables you to comprehend your project with perfect command of the existing one. This rigorous documentation makes it possible in particular to support the sensitive switchover phases of the SSI, or to establish an accurate diagnosis of ongoing maintenance. Commissioning Services

Preventive Maintenance Services
Preventive maintenance consists in the verification and the complete maintenance of fire safety installations, in order to maintain their proper operation, in compliance with the regulations and standards in force. Regular preventive maintenance thus reduces the probability of equipment failure and minimises corrective maintenance.
On-call Service
It consists in intervening within a predetermined period on a defective installation, in order to maintain an optimal level of operation before the final corrective action. DEF ensures corrective maintenance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, within 2, 4, 8, 24 or 48 hours after the call, depending on the severity of the failure and the nature of the maintenance contract.
Technological Migration Services
The management and operation of your Fire Safety System throughout the service life of the facility are major issues. They require optimising the overall migration costs during the service life of the building.
