The DFCT Module® is DeFraWater's latest product on the market using open channel technology. The membrane module is a vertical mounted filter with an operating pressure up to 90 bars. The module design offers many advantages over other conventional modules e.g. spiral, plate and frame and other similar designs. The DeFraWater® Channel Tube® combines the advantages of robust open channel technology with much higher packing density.

Spiral membranes are used in a wide range of water treatment applications. The feed flows through parallel channels over the length of the element. Clean water passes through the semi-permeable membrane. The permeate spacer allows the water to travel all the way to the permeate tube. The brine, remaining stream from feed less permeate, is the concentrate which flows out at the end of the membrane element. The spiral-wound element offers a wide range of configurations with different membrane spacers and types of membrane material. DeFraWater® offers a large variety of DFSW Membranes.

DeFraWater^® leachate treatment units are made to fit into a 20-or 40-foot container which requires little infrastructure work for on-site installation.

Our free skid-mounted units are made to be installed within a hall or roofed area. The skid-mounted unit accommodates the entire treatment plant: 2 or 3 stages reverse osmosis unit, integrated cleaning process (CIP), tank system and, chemical storage.

DeFraWater® supplies customised All-In-One skid with combine Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis membrane sea water unit. The combine UF+RO 2 passes allows vessels to operate the membrane fresh water unit in any kind of water. It can run in shallow water, shore side, harbour where conventional sea water membrane unit can't be operated for the good of the reverse osmosis membranes. The UF membrane pass installed upstream the RO membrane are there to filter sea water with high content of sedimentations as well as possibly contaminated water with high fouling potential. The UF membrane stage is implemented to protect the reverse osmosis membranes from premature worn-out, damages and excessive membrane fouling. The two pass UF+RO one skid fresh water generator can be designed to accommodate either conventional vessels, offshore or Navy vessels upon the technical and marine standard requirement.
