Degree Controls - Model F200 - Digital Air Velocity & Air Temperature Sensor
The F200 series is a versatile and rugged, high performance air velocity and air temperature sensor with a digital interface. Designed with conformal coated electronics and sealed enclosure, the F200 is suitable for demanding applications, including those in corrosive or alkaline environments. With its robust, splash proof design, and UV tolerant construction, the F200 miniature transducer is designed to handle a wide range of product and process control air flow applications. The F200 is configured to order, with a variety of velocity ranges and either UART or I2C. communication styles available. The F200 is intended for new product designs, and the IDE market, where the designer can take advantage of the digital communications.
Degree Controls - Model F300 - (4.5-12VDC) - Air Velocity & Temperature Probe
The 300 series of air velocity and temperature sensors use Degree Controls’ latest velocity performance technology, in a robust package designed for the precision needs of multiple markets where a 5VDC or 12VDC supply voltage is typical. With both analog and digital outputs, which can be used simultaneously, the 300 series product line sets a new standard for flexible design integration and airflow control. Our 300 Series sensors can be used to directly control fans, output velocity and temperature data to standard display technologies, or configured as an electronic flow switch providing unprecedented accuracy, and flexibility for shaping alarm point and hysteresis design (see the S300). The 300 series uses sealed construction, conformal coated electronics, UV-resistant polymers, includes remote head options, and ships with plenum rated, sheathed cabling, which allows it to be used in a wide range of applications.
Degree Controls - Model F400 (19-29VDC) - Air Velocity & Temperature Probe
The 400 series of air velocity and temperature sensors use Degree Controls’ latest velocity performance technology, in a robust package designed for the precision needs of multiple markets where a 24VDC supply voltage is typical. With both analog and digital outputs, which can be used simultaneously, the 400 series product line set a new standard for flexible design integration and airflow control. Our 400 Series sensors can be used to directly control fans, output velocity and temperature readings to standard display technologies, or configured as an electronic flow switch providing unprecedented accuracy, and flexibility for shaping alarm point and hysteresis design (see the S400). The 400 series uses sealed construction, conformal coated electronics, UV-resistant polymers, includes remote head options, and ships with plenum rated, sheathed cabling, which allow it to be used in a wide range of applications.
Embedded Airflow Sensors & Switches - Specialty Sensors - Board Mount Airflow Sensors
Degree - Model F660/F662 - Vertical PCB Board-Mount Digital Airflow Sensor
The F660 (15-24V input) and F662 (5-12V input) can be soldered directly to a printed circuit board, or plugged into a surface-mount socket for easy removal. The taller profile is used in 2RU electronic systems, or those where component height is not heavily restricted.
Degree - Model F661/F663 - Horizontal PCB Board-Mount Digital Airflow Sensor
The F661/F663 is the smallest, fully-integrated, board-solderable, digital air velocity and air temperature sensor on the market, for real-time on-board measurement. The F661 (15-24V input) and F663 (5-12V input) can be soldered directly to a printed circuit board, or plugged into a surface-mount socket for easy removal. The lower profile is used in 1RU electronic systems, or those where component height is heavily restricted.

Degree-Controls - Model S300 (12VDC) - Non-Directional Low Voltage Air Velocity & Temperature Switch
The 300 series of air velocity and temperature switches are designed with conformal coated electronics and sealed enclosure, suitable for demanding applications, including those in corrosive or alkaline environments. With its robust, splash proof design and UV tolerant construction, the S300 Series of switches are designed to handle a wide range of product and process control air flow applications. Additionally, the S300 Series is configured to order, with user chosen trip point. Configure your desired length, output style, polarity, and mounting option. The S300 Series are manufactured in directional and non-directional styles to suit any application. Directional switches only sense flow from one direction, and are immune to flow reversals. Non-directional switches will sense flow from either direction in the duct or environment. Non-directional Switches are most popular, and enjoy a performance advantage over the directional variant.
Degree-Controls - Model S400 (24VDC) - Non-Directional Robust Air Velocity & Temperature Switch
The 400 series of air velocity and temperature switches are designed with conformal coated electronics and sealed enclosure, suitable for demanding applications, including those in corrosive or alkaline environments. With its robust, splash proof design and UV tolerant construction, the S400 Series of switches are designed to handle a wide range of product and process control air flow applications. Additionally, the S400 Series is configured to order, with user chosen trip point. Configure your desired length, output style, polarity, and mounting option. Non-directional switches will sense flow from either direction in the duct or environment. Non-directional Switches are most popular, and enjoy a performance advantage over the directional variant.
Degree-Controls - Model S500 (24VAC/VDC) - Non-Directional Universal Air Velocity & Temperature Switch
The S500 series of air velocity and temperature switches are designed with conformal coated electronics and sealed enclosure, suitable for demanding applications, including those in corrosive or alkaline environments. With its robust, splash proof design and UV tolerant construction, the S500 series of switches are designed to handle a wide range of product and process control air flow applications where AC or DC supply voltages are encountered, as well as capable of handling extreme environments down to -10°C (14°F). Additionally, the S500 series is configured to order, with a variety of velocity ranges, mechanical lengths, and output communication styles available. The S500 series are manufactured in directional and non-directional styles. Directional Switches only sense flow from one direction, and are immune to flow reversals.
